위치 시설 직원들의 능숙도 및 친절함이 매우 만족 스러운 호텔이었어요

WE WERE MADE WELCOME RIGHT FROM THE START,LETTING US BOOK IN EARLY(08.00 AM)RESERVING US A PARKING PLACE IN THE FRONT OF THE HOTEL.WE WERE GIVEN HELP TO UNLOAD AND TAKE OUR LUGGAGE TO THE ROOM.OUR ROOM WAS HUGE AND VERY WELL KEPT,ALL AMMENITIES WERE ON HAND, THE ON SUITE BATHROOOM WAS ALSO VERY BIG AND BEING DISABLED THIS MADE IT MUCH EASIER FOR US BOTH IN THE BATHROOM AND THE ROOM ITSELF,HELP WAS ALWAYS AT HAND WHEN WE CAME IN OR GOING OUT MAKING SURE THEY HELPED US WITH THE COUPLE OF STAIRS WE HAD TO GO UP OR DOWN,IT WAS MANAGABLE OUR SELVES BUT THEY HELPED WITH ANY SHOPPING WE HAD DONE.NOTHING WAS NO TROUBLE FOR ANY OF THE MEMBERS OF STAFF,BUT WE MUST NAME ELAINE AND FREYA,WHO WERE ALWAYS ON HAND TO HELP US,EVERYONE WAS SO HELPFUL,THE ROOMS WERE CLEAN AND TIDY AND SERVICED EVERY DAY IF YOU SO WISHED,TO SHOW HOW PLEASED WE WERE,WE HAVE NOW BOOKED FOR NEXT YEAR,I THINK THAT SAYS HOW PLEASED WE WERE WITH THE HOTEL AND STAFF.THE HOTEL IS WELL POSITIONED NEAR TO THE SEA FRONT .

The hotel had just been open a few days after being closed for 8 months. The building is shabby & our room was worse. There were stains on the carpet & upholstery. The bathroom was nice as it looked as if it had been upgraded recently. There was no ac & we could only open the window a few inches. We had a very small fan, inadequate. The sun shone on our window most of the day. It was hot!

Due to refurbishment we were sent to another Richardson hotel called the Grand. We had problems and had to move rooms twice Staff at Grand were fantastic helpful and polite. Would definitely recommend the Grand.

Always a pleasant stay at the Grand

Never stayed at this hotel. Our booking was changed to the Grand hotel. This was done by the hotel chain.

Very nice place, good price close to beach, nice but small pool, good breakfast choices, friendly staff

Had a lovely stay in the new rooms, very comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub

When we arrived we were treated like VIP'S. We immediately had a room upgrade and given free parking for the night. The breakfast was the best I've ever had, well presented and prepared. The swimming pool was lovely and clean and although the jacuzzi was only warm to begin with it was hot after a short swim. Thank you

Didn't like the£15 charge for breakfast, so didn't bother

Convenient for Torquay seafront. Very spacious room, very clean. Staff attentive. A few parking spaces at front of hotel, but at £10 per night. Continental breakfast sparse, hot breakfast okay but not always sufficiently well cooked and no variations in what’s on offer, eg fried eggs every day, never scrambled or poached.

Nice cheap hotel in great location

Friendly atmosphere. Very welcoming. Limited breakfast selection. No offer of options. No choice of eggs nor any porridge. No fresh fruits. No bananas, apples nor oranges.

The staff were brilliant lovely place to stay

A very good hotel with reasonable rates and friendly staff. With in walking distance of the sea front and theatre. Will definitely use next time I’m in Torquay

Nice hotel located perfectly close to the main tourist attractions

Clean, comfortable and quiet room. Great indoor pool and good breakfast choices

Very helpful staff we were able to check in early and also leave bags so we didn’t have to carry them around when we left. Really handy for walk to the town and Princess Theatre

We stayed in a new room (number2) and it was very good but the rest of the hotel looks tired and the breakfast was awful, much better to spend the money for breakfast by going out.

Lovely stay at this hotel, big spacious room with balcony. Staff very helpful.
