호텔 위치가 최고에요.근처에 강(?)이흐르고 관광명소가 걸어서가는위치에요

강변 공원 옆에 위치한 깔끔하고 쾌적한 호텔 방은 다소 좁지만 샤워시설과 비치품이 좋았고 불을 켜고 끄는 것이 매우 편리했으며 쉬었다 가기에 편안한 곳 대성당을 비롯한 구시가 내 명소들이 모두 걸어서 10분 이내였으며 유명한 박물관들도 다리건너 바로 있어서 위치가 정말 좋았던 호텔

가격 대비 매우 넓은 면적과 주변 지역의 관광 편의성이 높았습니다. 신축 건물이라 모든 시설물의 상태가 매우 훌륭했고 서비스도 나무랄데 없었습니다. 다만 wi-fi 속도가 매우 느려 그 부분에서 만족도가 낮았네요.

대체적으로 좋았습니다. 부르고스대성당,산타마리아아치, 스페인광장에서 가깝고,강변공원과 근처 쇼핑,음식점,간단한 음료 또는 술한잔 즐기비에 편리한위치에 있슴.

까미노중에 친구와 함께 트윈룸에서 묵었는데 시내중심가에 있어 근처 둘러보기도 좋고 인류역사박물관 체험 하는데 참 좋은 조건이었습니다.

Tuve una mala experiencia debido al humo de cigarrillo que entraba por los ductos de ventilación de mi habitación, proveniente de alguna habitación vecina. Luego de quejarme por segunda vez, en la recepción muy amablemente me cambiaron de piso. A las pocas horas, algún vecino del otro piso también comenzó a fumar, por más que está prohibido. No vi que el hotel tomara seriamente el tema. El olor invadía los pasillos. NO recomiendo este hotel para NO-FUMADORES. Yo con bastante certeza no volveré. Dicho todo esto, es un bonito hotel y la ubicación es excelente, y tienen un espacio cerrado para guardar una bicicleta. El personal es muy amable y atento.

Excelente hotel, muy bien ubicado y limpio; el desayuno poco limitado con relación a otros hoteles que hemos usado durante nuestro viaje.

My stay would have been excellent if it were not for no a/c in the hotel during the month of April. It required me to open the window for air circulation, which was also a mistake cause there was a loud banging noise in the courtyard every 10-15 seconds that keeps you up the entire night. Just turn the a/c on and not run the heater for the entire hotel!

On booking I outlined that the trip was to celebrate our anniversary. I booked a non smoking club room on a higher floor What we got was a disability room that smelt of odour or smoke with curtains hanging of their hooks, a seat that had multiple cigarette burns And some stains on the toilet seat. We pointed this out at reception and they sent up cleaning staff who sprayed the curtains and room with air freshner and left. We left to go sightseeing for a couple of hours and then returned to a still quite smelly room. I agai went to reception and complained to a women with purple hair who spoke to me in a very uninterested ambient manner saying you booked a basic room what else do you expect I replied saying that my booking was for a club room and my expectation was for clean one free of tissue I mentioned. She then said I got a high room and there was nothing she could do.

Habitación impecable,personal muy agradable, muy muy buen desayuno y la ubicación ,perfecta, todo a un paso.

El hotel fue una agradable sorpresa, una linda habitación, con vista al río, bien ubicada

Bien situé avec parking proche. Proche du centre-ville.

Chambre vieillote, parking catastrophique ( bloqué 30 minutes, trop petit.... scandaleux)

La habitación está bien; cómoda, amplia y hemos estado a gusto. El desayuno es suficiente pero podría mejorar mucho; los productos son escasos y de una calidad bastante mediocre. La recepcionista que nos atendió no es muy simpática pero cumple con su función. El parking es excesivamente estrecho en sus accesos y cuesta mucho aparcar.

We booked through Expedia only a couple of days ahead of requirement, .... we got our dates at a very good price, and when we turned up was very pleasantly surprised on the quality of accommodation and location. The room was very neatly furnished, the bed was good, shower good, plenty of room for luggage. Excellent all round.
