가족여행 이었는데, 객실도 넓고, 위치도 좋고, 주변에 백화점도 가깝고 레스토랑이 많아서 편했어요

We booked a 5-night stay and within the first 20 minutes of arriving, a large wooden panel above our room door fell and narrowly missed my girlfriend’s head by millimeters. Instead, it hit her arm, leaving severe bruising and a painful bump. We showed staff the video, but while my girlfriend sat shaking and traumatized, no one asked if she was okay, offered ice, or showed any concern. They simply stood behind the desk completing an incident report. Although the panel was repaired that day, we were not offered a different room. My girlfriend was terrified to return, and we had to request a room change ourselves the next day. The manager contacted us the following afternoon and offered breakfast for three days, bottled water from the minibar, and what he described as spa access. When we later tried to book a massage and facial to help my girlfriend relax after the incident, he informed us he would only cover access to the sauna area, valued at €20 per day, and nothing else. The rest of the experience was equally disappointing. The pool area for this large hotel had only six loungers, making it nearly impossible to relax. There was also a persistent sewer smell throughout the hotel, and the hallways and lobby were not air-conditioned. Accidents happen. What matters is how management responds. We felt there was little empathy, accountability, or genuine concern after a serious safety incident. Very disappointing.

Excellent service, a clean and spacious hotel, and plenty of room for our family to relax. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back.

Bonnes prestations mais personnel pas toujours à la hauteur des demandes et des compétences. L'enfer quand il y a un séminaire comme ce fut le cas pendant 2 jours: les espaces communs étaeint non accessibles !

Het ontbijt was heel uitgebreid, werd steeds aangevuld, de ontbijtruimte was netjes en het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Je kan ter plaatse fietsen huren. Het hotel ligt op 15 min stappen van de metro en op een 10-tal minuten can het Turia Park.

Virkelig go placering mellem by og strand. Sødt personale og dejligt med den lille have med pool. Vi kommer gerne igen.

Wir waren 4 Übernachtungen im Hotel Primus und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich und gross genug (Doppelzimmer), das Bett gemütlich, der Blick aus dem Zimmer auf den Innenhof mit den Pools sehr schön! Die Lage super. Bushaltestelle ganz nahe. Super Cafés und Restaurants in der Nähe. Super Shoppingmöglichkeiten gegenüber von dem Hitel Primus. La Ciutat de les Arts i les Ciències erreicht man in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß. Ein wunderschöner Park, durch den man läuft bis zur Ciutat de les Arts. Mit dem Bus geht es in 30 Minuten in die Altstadt von Valencia. Check In im Hotel super; Check Out auch. Man konnte bis 12 Uhr das Zimmer am Abreisetag nutzen. Danach das Gepäck im extra verschlossenen Raum abstellen bis zur Abfahrt an den Flughafen. Ich/wir waren und sind sehr begeistert! Und würden bestimmt beim nächsten Aufenthalt nach Valencia dieses Hotel wieder wählen.

Really enjoyed this property.

De wachtijden van de lift was soms best lang, omdat er een lift kapot was. De ligging van het hotel is top als je centraal wilt zitten ten opzichte het strand en het centrum. Wij hebben gebruik gemaakt van de valibisi fietsen dit was top. Het enige min puntje wat ik vond de beperkte informatie bij de receptie. Je moest zelf alles vragen

This is a beautiful hotel...we had a large room with a patio which was a nice addition. Nice size bathroom and closet. We enjoyed the nice selection of menu options from the restaurant and enjoyed visiting the spa area. Great location! Nice shopping areas literally across the street, and it is walkable, although it may take awhile, to the park, beach and old town. We walked and took taxis. I highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel moderno, amplias habitaciones y cómodas camas.

Het hotel is goed gelegen busstop voor de deur zeer vriendelijk personeel. Goed bed en ontbijt. Wc borstel was niet aanwezig alsook geen koffiemachine. Voor de rest alles ok

Lovely Stay in the hotel..Staff are helpful. Room size is generous. Location is excellent. We stayed during Fallas and the bus stop to the centre of the city was just around the bend. Very close to Science Museum and everything including restaurants is just very close to the hotel. I recommend
