가족여행 이었는데, 객실도 넓고, 위치도 좋고, 주변에 백화점도 가깝고 레스토랑이 많아서 편했어요

I recently spend a week at this hotel, and I can highly recommend it! The staff is very friendly and speaks english. The facilities are very nice, clean and well kept; there is a great bar/restaurant area with good drinks and food, nice outdoor seating where you can enjoy a beverage as well and a nice pool area. The rooms unfortunately don't have balconies, but they are nice and has everything you could want - the bathrooms are updated and feature bidet and waterfall shower. It's location i very ideal, it's close to a lot of resturants and two shopping centers, also the aquarium and museum are just a walk away. All the things we wanted to see was within a 30min walk distance. The hotel also has a spa in the basement which i definitely worth a visit!

Great location, terrific staff, very clean. Breakfast was busy but very well managed, items were restocked quickly and usually without a need to ask. Housekeeping was great, staff very friendly and professional. Only negatives... Hotel is serviced by 3 lifts, 1 was out of order for the the 5 night stay which lead to long waits at busy times like breakfast. Lifts like to give you the "grande tour" too, I must've visited every floor despite being roomed on the 1st floor. Initial impressions of room not great - strong smell of cigarettes. Suspect previous occupant used the terrace as a smoking area but took a good 24h with terrace door open to clear the smell. Disappointed that the TV wasn't smart - no access to streaming content.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean and had nice spa. It was well situated for all activities and tourists sites. We would stay here again

O hotel é super bem localizado e o SPA eh incrível ! Apenas o chuveiro grande que vazava para todos os lados, mas a ducha alternativa funcionava bem… os elevadores também não estavam funcionando muito bem o que causava um transtorno os horários mais críticos !

The room was decent although it had no iron.

There are better hotels of 4 stars for sure. As an overall is ok.

Super centrale ligging tussen centrum en strand. Fiets huren van hotel wel stuk duurder dan ergens anders. Huur een fiets en je bent overal binnen 15 minuten. Handig ook dat tegenover het hotel een shoppingmall zit en supermarkt.

Great location and stay in valencia. Loved having the option to rent bikes from the hotel at an awesome rate per day, made it so easy to get around and see the city.

Hotel was prima, schoon, goed ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel en diverse restaurants en winkels op loopafstand. En met de bus zo in het centrum. Alleen één ding vond ik niet leuk op hun eigen website staat "Free Parking" en daarom hadden wij een auto gehuurd. Maar het was niet free want wij moesten voor 7 dagen 112 euro betalen. Dus de text "Free Parking" moeten ze even van hun website halen.

Amazing place to stay

Das Pool war leider sehr dreckig und man hat auch teilweise Schimmel gesehen.

Chambre propre. SPA payant. Les ascenseurs ne marchaient pas. La chasse d’eau dans la chambre ne fonctionnait pas bien. Le papier toilette manquaient dans les sanitaires du hall de l’hôtel et les wc n’étaient pas propres.

Muy buena.

Very convenient in matter of public transport, restaurant selection. I would stay again here.

El hotel está bien ubicado. El desayuno es muy malo, el secador de pelo apenas funciona con aire tibio que no seca nada, no hay acondicionador. Realmente no volvería
