전체 평가 및 리뷰 The Landing at Morro Bay

My husband and I have stayed many times at The Landing and it has always been pleasant, however this time was not the case. When my daughter and I arrived to the hotel at 2:00 pm to see if we could check in early, we waited for over 15 minutes and finally a women who works there stopped and was extremely rude, instead of kindly telling us we would need to come back after 3pm, she acted as if we were bothering her and was very rude and told Us to come back. Then when we checked into our room there was a chemical Smell in our bathroom which got worse when we would turn on the water, I went to the front to ask about it and the young girl working there said “I don’t know why it’s like that” I asked her to come smell it and when she walked in you could tell she had no clue what it was, just made some excuse about it maybe being the water and that was it, no solutions offered or even an apology. We couldn’t even shower or use the bathroom sink water because the smell was so bad. It was ridiculous and we won’t be staying there again.

I can’t tell you about our stay. They reserved the wrong night Not Hotels.com problem. They still showed our reservation. Issue was with hotels mistake for booking. Call and confirm if you book here. We had to find another hotel and paid higher price. Not in our budget. Bummer!

Property extremely close to all shops and restaurants. Great view from room. Room was clean but small, bathroom area very small. Price was high for the size and amenities of the room. Overall would give a 6 out of 10.

The views

Very clean rooms no frills but nice.

I thought there was breakfast provided, but all I saw were apples and a granola-type bar. The coffee in the room was delicious! And the slow drip coffee maker was adorable!

Room was clean and comfortable. It is near lots of shopping and dinning areas. But unfortunately very early, at sunrise, the birds start making lots of noise on the roof and it sounds like someone or something is trying to break into the room through the ceiling. So it was imposible to sleep late or go back to sleep once the sun started to come up.

Great stay - Dorns

This place is soooo charming. We stopped here with our family if five (2 adults, 3 teens) on our way back home from San Francisco. None of us wanted to go home! The room was huge, the location was ideal and everything was so calm. Definitely coming back.

Clean quiet. Family friendly.

Marketing photos look awesome but this hotel comes with shared balconies. That should’ve been noted when advertising their rooms so it’s not misleading. Also, our ocean view room was blocked by a stair and we could hear people going up & down the stairs. Expired coffee in the lobby. I guess I got what I paid for. We only stayed for one night so I’m glad it was over. The nice things about this hotel are: the location, the coffee table and chairs portion, comfy beds and cute bathroom (kinda smelly but it’s cute).

Such a beautiful location, perfect area to stay!

like: convenient location, clean didn't like: 1st floor room had no view, people upstairs were walking around all hours..advice, stay on top floor, tv didn't work, pretty expensive for what it was, but I guess that's the way it is now....

The Landing has stellar views, clean rooms, and is walkable to the shops and restaurants along Embarcadero and surrounding streets. The service was excellent! We will be staying there again.
