We liked this hotel. Very friendly, great location, spacious room, clean. Excellent breakfast.

While researching online I know it is kind of an older facility but is really convenient to the train station and that’s the main reason I decided to book it. We were assigned a room that was supposed to be the best in the hotel with a view and access to the terrace, except it turned out there was a restaurant below it that blasted loud music right into the room every night till midnight. Already suffering from jet lag, i couldn’t sleep well even with earplugs. Even my husband who’s a sound sleeper couldn’t take it anymore after Monday night. The staff was helpful and changed us to an internal room but the damage was already done. Be aware if you expect to sleep before midnight.

This was a great property in the middle of Montecatini Terme. Great European breakfast. Close to the train station. Everyone was kind and we enjoyed our room!

Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Montecatini.

Struttura datata, con moquette in camera impregnata di odori che hanno causato allergia. Impianti obsoleti, da rifare. Nel frigo bar bicchiere di vetro sanato e sbeccato. Vano ascensore chiuso da una struttura in compensato laminato . Colazione con utilizzo di macchinette, se vuoi un cappuccino lo paghi a parte. Giuseppe Verdi è stato un suo ospite illustre e l'albergo è rimasto a quei tempi

Beautiful hotel right in the central piazza and just a short walk to restaurants, parks and the funicular. Breakfast choices a little limited but still good. A lovely place to stay.

Het is een Hotel op een toplocatie. Precies in het centrum en op 1 minuut loopafstand van het treinstation. Parkeren moet je geluk hebben dat je wat in de buurt vind ( de blauwe lijnen). Het Hotel ia gedateerd, maar schoon en netjes. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en zijn erg behulpzaam. Van de receptie tot het restaurant iedereen is zeer servicegericht.

Hotel che rispetta le aspettative. Bagno grande, nuovo e pulito. Stanza grande (con moquette), dotata di tutti i confort. Bellissimo l’angolo piscina. Colazione internazionale inclusa.

Lovely hotel in a very convenient location in Tuscany. The staff was warm and welcoming. The breakfast was incredible and the rooms were spotless! Plenty of restaurants and shopping in the area, but also convenient to travel to other gorgeous towns in the area. I would definitely stay here again!

I was very disappointed upon arrival & seeing this hotel. It looks like a hotel stuck in 70’s. As soon as entering the lobby, the smell of mold and cigarette overwhelms you. The carpets are really old and look dirty. There was an area rug on the steps of the first floor which was extremely dirty and smelled like mold. The rooms looked old with old furnitures. The bed frame and the table were old formaica laminated material. Bathroom shower was very small and old. Air conditioning was not working unless outside weather temperature was very hot or very cold. And the WIFi did not work in the two rooms that we saw. The bed cover was old and green color. I could not feel it is clean or not. I couldn’t see myself sleeping on this bed. The key to the rooms were big old metal keys. Bottom line, The condition of the hotel was terrible. It needs a major update. Staffs and location were ok, though. But I left on the first night. This hotel should not be 3 stars. May be 2?

Great value for the price we paid. Location is excellent, breakfast is ok, the room (and hotel overall) has somewhat old world charm.

Amazing place to stay at, outstanding service, very helpful and caring staff, Sylvia helped us a lot as my son got sick and she kept asking about him all the time. The pool was excellent and the prices are very reasonable whether it's drinks or snacks. A very good experience overall will definitely comeback.

Great classical hotel that hasn't changed in 100 years and why should it, roll on then next 100! a refreshing change from chain hotels to this family run grande!
