The shower in Rm 205 needs to be fixed.

Rude staff unhelpful no parking stinky room not recommended

Subha is very friendly, cooperative, responsive and respectful. She resolved all my issues in no time with a big smile on her face. She has the real customer service attitude in hospitality business. The room was clean, quiet and AC working.

Everything is fine and nice clean and walking around close to the casino and falls

Always friendly and welcoming. Suba was at the desk and gave us a late checkout with a friendly smile to go with it. Jessy is a very friendly manager and will return here for sure.

When arriving to days inn, they claimed they had no rooms left and referred us to Hilton stating that when they overbook we get a room at the Hilton instead. When we arrived to the Hilton and checked into our room it was 86 degrees and the A/C did not work and would only spray hot air. They attempted to fix and it didn't work. Finally around 4am the problem was then solved. We did not get any sleep at all having techs coming into our room so late at night. To be honest I don't think any of this is fair to be paying for a hotel that we cannot enjoy our stay and affects our day the next day as we did not get any sleep.

The room was filthy. Staff were unhelpful. Parking is not free.

Been visiting Canada for the past few years now to see my girlfriend. Super easy to access your room from the parking lot and the staff has always been more than helpful with checking in and out on time. The kindness, respect and genuine help I’ve received from the employees has made me come back more than anything. Rooms are always kept clean and the location is right around everything in Niagara. The price , ease of access and the kindness/help the staff provides makes this one of my first options when looking for a place to stay. Will definitely be coming back !

This place is perfect . Great location. Close to casino and restaurants . Reasonable prices and best front desk and cleaning staff. Gaga , Abby , kamerynn very kind and helpful . I highly recommend it here.

Room is clean and air conditioning works so well. The friendliest staff ever . Gaga , Abby , kamryn are so kind . I will definitely be back here .

Amazing place close to the falls and Clifton hill, close to food, banks and shopping hotel staff amazing especially Gagan who works at the front desk she's most helpful and willing
