중앙역하고는 조금 멀수도 있다 그러나, 가격대비 시설과 서비스가 매우 만족스러움 직원도 친절하며 조식이 좋음 바로옆 동네 피자가게는 맛이 좋음

볼로냐피에레에서 전시업무 때문에 6박을 묵었는데 조식도 괜찮았고 객실도 넓진 않지만 비교적 청결하였습니다. 단지 호텔 프런트에서 근무하는 사람들이 계속 교대가 되고 있는데 이들 사이에 커뮤니케이션이 잘 안되는 것 같습니다. 물건 하나를 출발 전 한국에서 호텔에 DHL로 보내고 미리 호텔에 전화통화도 하고 도착해서도 물건이 호텔에 도착하면 나에게 전달해달라고 재차 부탁까지 했는데 호텔직원이 그런사람 없다고 하여 DHL직원이 왔다가 다시 돌아간 어처구니 없는 일이 일어났습니다. 결국 물건을 받았지만 이미 전시기간이 끝나는 날 받아 많이 속상했던 기억이 아직도 뇌리에 남아있네요.ㅠㅠ

시내 센터의 외곽에 위치하여 교통이 매우 불편하며 호텔직원들 마저 영어가 어렵고 불친절은 도를 넘을정도임. 주변에 거의 편의시설이 없고 다만 바로 옆의 구멍가게 주인이 무천 편하고 친절하게 대해줘 그나마 위로를 삼을수 있었슴.

Sehr freundliches Personal, geräumige Zimmer zum fairen Preis. Im Flur und im Foyer, gabes gratis Kaffee oder Tee.

Ho alloggiato al HC3 diverse volte negli ultimi 15 anni. È rimasto pressoché invariato. Commento positivo e negativo, naturalmente. Con gli standard di oggi si considererebbe un hotel 3 stelle ( per quanto queste abbiano un valore limitato). Ottima pulizia, stanze comode e bagno non grande ma comodo. Colazione continentale ma senza uova strapazzate (solo sode). Buoni croissant e poco altro, frutta. Per lavoro o soggiorni brevi resta un’ottima scelta per la zona Bolognina (CNR, fiere). Quasi l’unico in zona. Personale sbrigativo, ma gentile.

Durante il mio soggiorno, il personale addetto alla colazione si è comportato in modo scortese, facendomi sentire a disagio semplicemente per aver consumato una bevanda fuori menù. Ho notato un atteggiamento simile anche nei confronti di altri ospiti, ai quali è stato fatto pesare persino il semplice fatto di ridere e mostrarsi di buon umore. Forse questo comportamento era legato al ritardo nell’allestimento della sala buffet, che all’orario previsto (7:00) non era ancora pronta. Il personale sembrava infastidito dalla pressione dei clienti che, comprensibilmente, attendevano di poter fare colazione. Pur comprendendo lo stress e le difficoltà personali che chiunque può avere, ritengo inaccettabile un trattamento del genere in un hotel a quattro stelle.

食事が美味しく、落ち着いて泊まれました。 近くに大きなスーパーがあるので、便利がいいです。 マッジョーレ広場まで徒歩50分かかるので、レンタル自転車を借りればよかったなと思ってます。

The hotel itself fitted our purpose. Best described as an Italian Premier Inn; It achieves what you need in a hotel without the frills and at a reasonable price. The staff were friendly and helpful and rooms were clean and quiet at night. So if you’re looking for a bed for the night and spending your day on excursions like we did then it’s absolutely fine. If, however, you are looking to be immersed in Bologna then this hotel is literally on the wrong side of the tracks. It is situated North of the city train station (where the monorail from the airport connects) and not in the centre of Bologna (hence the price). Because of this it is not so touristy shall we say. The area is very much more “real world”, some would probably say rough. But to be fair, it’s not threatening in any way, it’s just not pretty, just as the outskirts of any tourist city is to be fair. So in conclusion: reasonably priced hotel, friendly staff, not pretty location.

The hotel was clean, the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great. This was a high spot in our trip. Bologna is an amazing town.
