어린아이들이 있어 리조트, 올인클루시브 자주 이용하는데 음식은 가본 곳 중 최고였어요. 깨끗하고 편안하고 전체적으로 아주 좋았어요. 직원들이 다른 리조트에 비해 전체적으로 엄청 프렌들리하진 않지만 그렇다고 불진철한 건 아니라 불편하진 않았어요. 다만 딱 한명 조식부페에서 팁을 요구한 어처구니 없는 직원이 있었네요ㅎㅎ 친절한 직원들도 많아서 그럴땐 알아서 팁을 주는데 별로 한 것도 없는 직원이 갑자기 밥먹는데 다가와서 주머니에서 유로동전 잔뜩 넣은 비닐을 꺼내 보여주며 팁을 당당히 요구ㅎㅎ 현금 없다고 하니 정색하며 내일 가져오라고까지 하네요. 아 다시 쓰면서도 황당합니다. 호텔측에 정식으로 항의할까 하다가 말았어요. 그 직원만 아니면 100% 만족인데 아쉬워요.

Location is okay and staff are nice but when I checked-in and out there were some problems on my payment, I paid the bill to expedia when I booked but the hotel tried to make me pay again ... It happened 2 times, check in and out... Took more than 40 minutes to check in and out each time

Très bel hôtel et très grand avec accès à une plage magnifique de l’hôtel. Très bien situé. Espace pour les enfants, golf, plusieurs piscines, accès aux toboggans aquatiques. Plusieurs restaurants tous exceptionnels. Bémol: personne ne parle français, accueil à la réception gentils mais aucunes explications sur l’hôtel ou une map de l’hôtel. Chambre suite vue mer(de très loin) sublime mais climatisation faisait un bruit énorme (1374) et chambre située au dessus du hall et donnant sur l’esplanade des spectacles. Très bruyant. Scene pour les spectacles dehors, extrêmement petite pour un tel hôtel. Qualité et choix des spectacles à améliorer. L’hôtel mériterai une grande équipe d’animation qui rassemble. Pas raiment vu l’existence. Personnel très aimable.

Super jardin très tranquille. Nouriture excellent. Très grande piscine pas chauffée. Piscine chauffée trop petit, mais possibilité d' uliliser celle de l(hotel soeur l'autre coté de la rue. Travaux de construction en face de l'hotel ( bruit jusque 11 heure le soir)

The hotel staff are very friendly and try and support you with your requests. Food is of a general high quality, but they could improve what they call “French patisserie” it’s just lots of cream cakes, similarly porridge looked like soup. I would give it 5 stars except for the fact that there is a construction site next to the hotel and the hotel rooms 00-35 room entrance face the site and you can hear even through the night the occasional drilling, jack hammering as the sites seem to operate 24/7. Also everything is negotiable including spa pricing etc, staff wonder around the pools and beach offering services and discount which you can negotiate a lot lower than if you book directly with the spa. Only other big bear was the fact that the à la carte restaurants were all nearly booked out when we arrived, yet when we did get last minute bookings we would often arrive to find the restaurants not full, not sure if they hold tables for paying customers that get released late. But it is quite poor form. Apart from that large clean modern rooms, children had an amazing time. Just wishes the main pool was heated in winter.

Fijne mensen die daar werken, prachtig aangelegde tuin en indrukwekkend zwembad. Het eten van het buffet is wellicht wat minder, maar welk buffet is dat niet 😂 de a la carte restaurants bieden prima diners aan!

Zimmer war gut und sauber. Personal vor azim Bwala Restaurant extrem nett und zuvorkommend. Essen am Abend im Bwala sensationell. Buffetessen nicht ganz 5* Niveau. Ein super Hotel zum relaxen. Etwas störend ist, dass die Liegen in der ersten wam Strand immer schon in aller Früh reserviert sind . Eine Unart der Gäste. Sber alles in allem- super.

Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter war ausgezeichnet, die Anlage top gepflegt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Personel çok nazikti. Oda temiz ve rahattı. Yemekler çok çeşitli ve lezzetliydi. Bahçesi çok geniş ve güzeldi. Deniz ve plaj çok güzeldi. Tavsiye ediyorum. Resepsiyon görevlileri başarılıydı.

Elegant hotel , clean , very welcoming staff . Spacious rooms . Quiet and more for adults . Great food variety What stood out most was the Tanga Beach Restaurant , amazing food and the staff at this restaurant we beyond excellent, the sir hospitality is second to none.

Il a fallu attendre 45’ à 19:00 pour avoir une chambre qui ne correspondait pas à notre réservation. En entrant dans la chambre nous avons trouvé un préservatif utilisé par terre et beaucoup de cheveux dans la salle de bain. Fantastique pour un 5 etoiles

Beautiful hotel. Stayed in an elite room which was lovely and spacious. Slight drain smell in the bathroom first thing in the morning but cleared quickly and didn't bother us!

Wir kenne das Hotel schon seit über 15 Jahren. Wir wurden nie enttäuscht. Und wenn was war, wurde immer eine Lösung gefunden. Leider wird es jedes Jahr teurer, was aber nichts rechtfertig an Service, Hotel, Essen etc. Die Zeit war aber wie Immer hervorragend.

Ein Hotel der extra Klasse. Essen gut, Personal sehr freundlich. Hotel und Ambiente mit viel liebe zum Detail. Der Preis ist das Geld wert.
