시설, 환경, 식사 등 모두 만족~, 마차 투어를 마치고 퇴근하는 마차가 호텔 옆을 지나감. 소리가 경쾌하게 들림, 가소미터라는 독특한 건물이 있다는 것과 강쪽으로 큰 공원이 있다는 특징이 있음, 빈의 현지인들을 볼수 있는 장소임. 지하철타고 시내를 가야하지만 거리가 가까워 불편하지 않았음.

Hotelli oli hyvä ja hyvällä sijainnilla lähellä metroa jolla pääsee suoraa keskustaan. Lähistöllä myös Gasometer jossa McDonalds, kauppoja ja muita liikkeitä. Henkilökunta mukavaa ja avuliasta. Huone hyvässä kunnossa ainoina miinuksina suihkupää, jossa oli kova paine ja pieni suutin osuus. Televisiossa ei toiminut youtube joten se myös pieni miinus, muttei mitään suurta. Hyvä hotelli!

O quarto era limpo, chuveiro bom. Cama boa, mas não era muito macia, travesseiro muito bom! Café da manhã com bastante variedade Possui estacionamento em frente ao hotel por 9 euros a diária

Room was not cleaned for 2 straight days. Had to ask and wait outside while cleaning was done.

If you are traveling with a daughter/son/business partner or a friend, do not book this hotel. The room is designed in the most uncomfortable and illogical way. There is no standard bathroom. There is a toilet with a door, and a shower with a semi-transparent glass door that opens into the room, so there is no way to get dressed in privacy. When I went down to the reception and asked to change rooms, I was told that all the rooms in the hotel are built the same way. The receptionist noted that this is stated on the hotel’s website, but who on earth checks the hotel’s own website these days when all reservations are made through major booking platforms? It makes no sense at all and is very inconvenient, especially when it’s a room with two separate beds, as I had booked in advance. When I walked through the corridor, I saw that most of the rooms were twin rooms. This situation made the stay very uncomfortable and unpleasant.

Approx 5 minute walk to underground station and then only 10 minutes into the centre of Vienna. Hotel was clean and comfortable, staff very helpful. Breakfast had plenty of choice and was to a good standard. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend the Plaza.

Great location convenient to the metro, excellent breakfast, fridge in the room might be useful. But no complaints. All good.
