Dusty overhead of bed Hear employees arguing Doors slamming often at 8pm, might be right next to employee only room. Wifi cuts off and slow. Cant send texts or post. Nice crew though

Breakfast was mediocre

Was barely mobile and was told to wait while holding luggage and then they just dropped it in the entry of the room and left. Has requested extra pillows for my back from being fresh out of the hospital and didn't get them until I had to call on my cell phone because the room phone was not working. Mir was the kitchenette sink. I will be telling anyone any everyone not to go to there if they have any other options.

Very nice welcome

They only clean the rooms and make the bed every other day. They did unnecessary maintenance work in our room one day and left the door propped open and unlocked all day and did no cleaning or replacement of towels even though it was due that day. Continental breakfast was very limited and the area dirty. Overall not worth the money that they charge.

Great location

We had never stayed at a Microtel and were pleasantly surprised. The room was larger than expected, very clean and comfortable. The only suggestion I would make is to move the outdoor ashtray away from the front door, initial entry to lobby smells like an old bowling alley.

The room felt very humid as well as the bedding. Everything else was fine. For the price it was a little disappointing.couldn’t seem to adjust the ac.

not enough outlets in the room.

We got the worst pillows in the history of the world. We. could not sleep for an hour properly. The bathroom was dirty. I was given a wet towel. I could see used soaps, There were few insects too. I should ideally get refund for this. The only good thing was, the reception was quick and helpful while checking in

The hotel is fine except the room felt a little outdated. It was all kn good condition and clean, but it did not feel as up-to-date as some other chain hotel rooms. The bed was not overly comfortable, and all the mirrors made it a little cheesy, especially the ones around the jacuzzi. It was nice having the jacuzzi tub, although it was weird having it in the room, especially given there was also a regular bathroom with tub and shower. Overall, though, this is a good place for an overnight stay or short break, especially as it close to tons of eateries and Portsmouth.

Room was clean. Breakfast was prepackaged food items. Microwave has dried food residues on interior surfaces.

Room was spacious with a quiet air conditioner, and a very comfortable bed

I liked the jacuzzi. Perhaphs the place needs some updates however it was fine

Great check in and out - young man was personable and friendly! Room was as expected - clean and well kept - just what we needed - comfortable bed. But no fan in bath filled rooms with steam. But immaculate!

Room and facilities were clean. Breakfast was okay...toast, cold cereal, orange juice, yogurt, oatmeal packets, Keurig coffee unit.

Staff is extremely personable and willing and able to help. Very down to earth and pleasant.

Good accommodations for purpose of this trip... good location, plenty parking. Breakfast was nifty with automated pancake maker. Late checkout permitted until 12 noon.

Our suite was overbooked so we were down graded. It was a good stay overall.
