We enjoyed good location and nice bathroom. Only the air conditioning was not efficient enough...

A gorgeous small boutique hotel. Great location, maximum 20 minutes walk to most of the city attractions. You can also find some good restaurants around the hotel. Friendly staff that are willing to help you. The building is old and antique but rooms are fully renovated. One hundred-year-old elevator is super cool. The breakfast was also fine. I really enjoyed staying here.

일단 이름은 호텔입니다만 모텔정도 생각하고가면 될듯합니다. 깔끔하고 생각만큼 비좁지는 않아서 그런부분은 만족입니다만 어메니티가 없다고 보시면 되요. 샴푸랑 비누하나가 전부라서 세면도구 안챙겨갔으면 큰일날뻔했습니다. 모텔을 가도 하다못해 일회용칫솔은 주던데.. 그리고 물도 유료에요. 1유로지만 별생각없이 먹었다가 체크아웃날 좀 당황했습니다. 도로에서 약간 안쪽에 있어서 조용하게 쉬기에는 참 좋았어요.

교통 시설하고 약간 먼감이 있네요. 가성비는 괜찮았구요. 무엇보다 음식을 해 먹을 수 있다는 점 강추~ 방 크기도 큰편이었구요.

Dont book the annex. Mold on the ceiling. Dangerous for health. Away from the hotel. No assistance.

Hotel antigo, quarto com carpete, cortinas e colcha da cama bem antigos e poerentos. Quem tem alergia, não recomendo as acomodações de jeito nenhum. Lençóis e toalhas limpos, com trocas diárias e arrumação diária. Boa localização, hotel próximo à Fontana de Trevi. Na rua do hotel, tem uma ótima cafeteria e tem mercadinhos. Eu escolheria outro hotel da próxima vez em Roma. O preço da diária não compensa com o que oferece. Não há café da manhã.

The location is this hotel's absolute best feature, it truly made the whole trip! You are within easy walking distance to both the Colosseum and the cozy restaurants in Monti. Aside from that, everything was perfectly okay. The rooms and service met the basic needs but without any extra luxury. Keep in mind that no breakfast is served, but there are plenty of great cafés right around the corner. An ideal choice if you want to be right in the heart of the city!

Nice hotel, great location, comfortable room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We definitely appreciated the air conditioning as it was hot when we were in Rome.

The WiFi is our room was super bad. When it was working I got around 5mbps (50 would be considered normal). And every couple of minutes the wifi would just simply not work. I saw it drop down to even 34kbps 0.034mbps) so basically off. If you’re not in your room a lot maybe it’s not a big deal. Super great location though, straight view of the colosseum from our road.

We got a room with a huge balcony and I loved sitting outside and enjoying the city sounds and good weather. The Colosseum and Roman Forum were an easy 10-15 minute walk from the property which we loved.

Great location, nice sized room with a little kitchenette. Only downsides were whatever was above us made a lot of noise around 7am everyday and there looked to be a bit of mold near the floor by the window from a moisture leak.

The hotel feels quite dated and had a noticeable musty smell throughout our stay. On the positive side, it is located in a very pleasant neighborhood with plenty of restaurants, gelaterias, and shops nearby, making it enjoyable to explore the area. That said, we would have preferred a more central location, as getting to some of the main attractions required additional travel. The room was warm and comfortable, which we appreciated. Overall, considering the price, the hotel offers reasonable value for money, although some updates and improvements would enhance the experience.

My partner and I stayed here, yes it is good location and a decent price for Rome. But you pay what you get. The hotel room is pretty outdated and had a window with barely any light coming through. We aren't too picky so it was okay to stay for 3 nights. BUT we had the AC on since it was hot and we believe it made us sick. I got sick the next day with it on (dry cough and runny nose) then my partner did 2 days after same symptoms. Right when we would leave the room we would feel way better. It was hard not to have the AC on when it was 30 degrees with no fan. The last night we just never had it on. Also A bunch of baby spiders in washroom. The price and location is good but at what cost. Workers were nice and gave food recommendations.

This hotel is central to many famous landmarks and in the heart of many restaurants. Staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. Room was very clean and the stay was very comfortable.

I liked that it was family owned and very quaint and it gave us a very nice experience as to the Italian Way

One street over from being able to see the coliseum, straight down the street. Walkable, many restaurants and shops. Bus station- quick walk. Security good, quite side street.

Very helpful staff Excellent location in the middle of historical locations. You can walk to the Colosseum, Pantheon, Trevi fountain, Spanish steps, ...etc.
