호텔 위치는 산위에서 아름다운 조망이 가능하고 좋았으나 가격에 비해 시설등이 너무 떨어짐(시설은 3성급 수준). 특히 객실의 관련 시설(욕실,나무 침대 등--)

주변 환경은 매우 아름답고 높은 곳에 위치해 있어서 캔디주변의 모습을 한 번에 감상할 수 있는 전망이 매우 좋은 호텔이다. 그러나 가격에 비해 객실 내부의 수준은 평범했고 서비스 또한 보통이었다. 꽤 추운 날씨임에도 침대의 이불이 너무 얇아서 불편했다. 또한 호텔에 가기까지 길이 매우 경사지고 불편하게 되어있는 점도 아쉬웠다. 전체적으로 가격 대비 품질이 다소 떨어지는 호텔이었다. 객실에 들어가기 전까지만 만족인 호텔이다.

Standard room beds are too small so needed an upgrade. Lovely staff. Restaurant a little chaotic and A la Carte was no different to buffet

It is very nice hotel, the view is pretty, but the staff are not trained at all, their is poor. The food is okay, heavy in the SriLankan food. I love the chef very helpful, excellent English, and pleasant. unfortunately I forgot his name.

Beautiful hotel with fantastic staff and views

The property location and gardens stunning amongst the hills, but 4-5km from town. Rooms were really lovely and most staff friendly. However for the price of the property and what they offer leaves a lot to be desired. Thought the buffet was just very average, service on drinks very slow( or they’d even forget) One bottle of water in your room and if you wanted anymore you had to purchase. In your room was only a couple of tea bags and coffee, when we asked for some Green or Herbal tea, we were told they didn’t offer that. In comparison to other properties and for similar or less price was pretty average

The hotel had a great atmosphere but the staff had major confusion when checking out as they were telling me that I haven’t paid for the room and I need to pay the balance, I showed them the invoice which I paid but they refused from there side.after calling Hotels.com via telephone I was able to resolve this matter, I was disappointed really disappointed as I wanted to attend my friends wedding but due to this incident I was delayed

We stayed for here for our first two nights in Sri Lanka - a lovely hotel in the beautiful hills near Kandy. The location was great for us to make the most of our time in and around Kandy - the people were really friendly and the place was spotless.

Accomodatie met geweldig uitzicht vooral bij zonsondergang. Mooi zwembad en heerlijk a la carte eten.
