아침식사는 맛있지만 가짓수가 좀 부족합니다. 바닷가 옆이라 파도소리가 굉장히 크게 들리구요. 방 크기는 생각보다 좁았습니다. 리버풀에서 한시간 정도 거리에 있습니다. Ground 엘리베이터 버튼을 꽉 눌러야 작동이 되는 단점이 있습니다.

욕실상태 침대 상태 레스토랑상태 모든것이 기본에 충실한 호텔입니다. 3성급이라 어떨지 망설였었는데 아내와 딸도 만족했습니다. 특별하게 뛰어난 점은 호텔 바로앞이 모래해변이라서 어린딸이 놀기가 아주 수월했네요. 이것때문에 선택한건데 잘했다고 생각합니다.

We love staying here, so close to the beach, the shops and town, it has been our fourth stay, one of our stays was not very positive, I had to get housekeeping to clean the bathroom, unfortunately, I had to clean it too when we got back, still had long black hairs in the bath, all over the floor, the sink. I love this place for an away weekend but please pay more care to cleanliness

Great place to stay. Staff are amazing!! The morning breakfast staff are exceptional.

A surprisingly lovely hotel with very friendly staff. Did not use the Spa or pool on our one night stay but a great addition and will definitely be back if we holiday again in north wales. Food and drinks in the bistro with a magnificent sea view, were awesome.

Small room and in the heat found it hard to get any sleep needed a fan

Very hot hotel, inadequate facilities with poor ventilation on a hot day. Fans but window opening very little. Staff very good and helpful.

The hotel is right on the prom and beach.We had a superior room, which had a lovely view. Staff were generally lovely. My only real issues were that only one window opened in the room and that the room smelt bad. Not sure what of but maybe damp carpet. I was told there were no other superior rooms left to change rooms. Unfortunately did not get a chance to use Spa etc.I would like to return and hope for a better smelling room.

Lovely location, clean, wonderful staff, restaurant was good. Only niggle was our double room was very small. Despite this we had a lovely stay.

Lovely hotel right on the beach. Indoor pool lovely and warm with spa pool and sauna. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, staff very helpful. Rooms clean. As a solo traveller this is exactly what I look for.

Food in the Bistro was excellent.

Location and the very friendly and helpful staff

We loved our stay here. We particularly loved the terrace overlooking the beach where you could have a drink and watch the sunset- beautiful. Our room was clean and perfect for a family of four and we enjoyed a little swim before heading out for dinner. We used the hotel as a base to explore nearby Talacre beach and the sand dunes, and then we headed on to Anglesey the following day. Breakfast was good and served to the table. Would recommend!

The hotel was run really well the staff were helpful and very polite, it was right on a lovely sandy beach, would recommend.

All the staff were very polite and helpful. Breakfast had a good selection of food. The restaurant food was excellent.

Beautifully decorated and furnished hotel especially near reception. Our bedroom was in the loft and was small but we had a velux window with a great sea view, and amazing sound of the sea when it was open. Very friendly waiter Geoff in the dining room. As it was Sunday we had roast dinners which were fine. The pool, jacuzzi and sauna were all nice, especially after a day's cycling. All in all, a good hotel and worth the price in my view.

Great for beach, quiet side of Prestatyn.. Staff are friendly, Breakfast nice plenty on offer.. Stayed a few times now as my grandson loves the pool and beach.. Disappointed that they put a restriction on pool times for children, never had this before and wasn’t informed when I booked it… Food is lovely, as we only stayed two nights it was easy to eat in but if stayed longer would eat out too.. Every time we stay there seems to be a wedding at some point an when this happens there is a shortage of staff covering the bar which causes cues for the bar, as they have passing trade plus residence and the wedding to cater for .. More bar staff on these occasions .. seating out is great watch the sea and enjoy the weather if nice. We will be back again as it great for all the family

Fabulous location, great clean rooms, amazing food and wonderful staff

Bit hesitant at first, as check-in wasn't so...smooth. However, was very impressed with practically every other aspect. Room and all common areas well looked after. Plenty of free parking. Excellent WiFi. Room and area was quiet. Breakfast - was superb. Swimming pool and sauna were clean and presentable. The best bit...the staff. Cliche as it is, the staff were genuinely excellent. Big shout out to the breakfast staff, especially Claire. All a credit to the hotel.
