아침식사는 맛있지만 가짓수가 좀 부족합니다. 바닷가 옆이라 파도소리가 굉장히 크게 들리구요. 방 크기는 생각보다 좁았습니다. 리버풀에서 한시간 정도 거리에 있습니다. Ground 엘리베이터 버튼을 꽉 눌러야 작동이 되는 단점이 있습니다.

욕실상태 침대 상태 레스토랑상태 모든것이 기본에 충실한 호텔입니다. 3성급이라 어떨지 망설였었는데 아내와 딸도 만족했습니다. 특별하게 뛰어난 점은 호텔 바로앞이 모래해변이라서 어린딸이 놀기가 아주 수월했네요. 이것때문에 선택한건데 잘했다고 생각합니다.

Kind staff and beautiful location, food was okay. Just the cleanliness of the bedroom wasn't great the pillows and bed sheets were not clean unfortunately, brought my own. The carpet was not very clean either. Overall the cleanliness room was the main issue unfortunately.

All staff were friendly and helpful. The quality and quantity of the food for the price was excellent. All areas of the hotel were clean and tidy. The hotel is in the ideal place on the beach front and a short walk to the shops, cafes and park. I will be returning as had a lovely stay.

Have stayed here many times, but this time I felt they were cutting corners - no biscuits with the coffee tray in the room, and this morning at breakfast most of the fruit juice cannisters were empty, and very little fruit on offer. I do not feel the bath is suitable for older people. I am 81 and had difficulty getting into the shower as the bath is so high. Its a good job there is a grab rail because the bath was so slippy to stand in to have a shower. Getting back out was also very difficult - the paper bath mat is not fit for purpose, ( another example of cutting corners)as it slipped on the tiled floor, and I felt unsafe. I spoke to Reception about this and at my request they provided me with a non slip rubber mat for the bath. Breakfast and dinner were to a good standard. Because of the problems I encountered, I am not sure if I want to stay again.

Nice hotel, price for spar treatments expensive, staff miserable, no one smiling.

Lovely sea view room, well maintained and clean. Breakfast was great and service superb. Clare in particular was great. One of reception staff was a bit below par.

Lovely room and the terrace by the beach was lovely to sit out for a drink. Breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend.

Clean, friendly staff.

Needs a bit of a refurb. My room heating was on all night and I had no control over thermostat, air con nor even a fan. The room must have been 30 degrees, so really poor sleep. No staff were available to address this. Apparently there was a sign at the reception with a phone number, but the sign was seemingly turned the wrong way around, so pointless. Poor stay

It was amazing place to stay. Staff were amazing, pool was great, room clean. Will definitely be going back.

A really good enjoyable long weekend stay. Room and hotel was clean, furniture matched giving the hotel a good look. Staff were friendly and helpful. A really lovey view over the coast fro the bedroom. Easy to park in hotel car park. Really enjoyed pool and jacuzzi facility. A good breakfast, had scrambled eggs&smoked salmon each morning never had so much salmon on a breakfast before - Loved it.

Sea view room worth the extra on price. Food was amazing ! Lovely relaxing hotel .

Lovely stay again … our coastal view room was as it said and very comfortable.. was lovely to go to sleep hearing the waves crashing in !!! Staff again are excellent very friendly and helpful. Hotel very clean and comfortable too .. breakfast was lovely served piping hot and freshly cooked (and plenty) we will return again soon

Enjoyed a very relaxing 2 night stay at this hotel, which is located down on the seafront providing fabulous early morning views of the surrounding area. The staff were friendly and helpful and the food is outstanding - the best fish'n chips meal ever!! The roast dinner on the Sunday is not to be missed with extra gravy if required - said with a smile as it was offered so earnestly by the waiting team. The room was spacious, comfy bed and clean bathroom with good amenities. Love this place and would highly recommend - I will definitely be visiting again. Thank you to all the Beaches Team.
