호텔 직원은 업무 외의 질문에 별로 도움이 되지 않습니다. 예를 들어, 여행 가방을 어디서 수리해야 할지 묻는 질문에 대답을 할 수 없는 경우입니다. 건물 안에 세탁기는 없고, 다른 건물(도로 뒤)에 있습니다.

다 좋은데 호텔 입구에 휠체어나 유모차를 위한 경사로가 있으면 더 좋을 것 같아요

방은 매우 작고 에어컨은 뜨겁습니다 😭.

ห้องมีแอร์ แต่ร้อน เก่า แอร์เป็นแอร์center กับไม่ได้ เหมือน รร รุ่นเก่า ไม่ดี

ทำเลของโรงแรมดี มีร้านอาหาร และใกล้ร้านสะดวกซื้อ ใกล้metro inaricho และ jr ueno พนักงานต้อนรับอัธยาศัยดี สามารถฝากกระเป๋าไว้แล้วออกไปเที่ยวได้ ข้อเสียคือลิฟต์ปิดเร็วมากๆ โดนหนีบไปหลายครั้ง ทางเข้าโรงแรมไม่มีทางลาด ถ้าเอากระเป๋าเดินทางใบใหญ่หรือหนักๆไป ค่อนข้างลำบาก

Near jr ueno station, room was clean and staff is very helpful. The minus one only the stairs in front of the hotel, not comfortable if you bring large luggage.

พัก6คืน ทำความสะอาดแค่วันเดียว แต่เอาผ้าขนหนูมาเปลี่ยนให้ทุกวัน มีสบู่ ยาสระผม ครีมนวด โฟมล้างหน้าให้ ห้องไม่กว้าง แต่ก็โอเค อยู่ไม่ไกลจากรถไฟjr ueno แต่เดินทุกวันก็เหนื่อย ใกล้ใต้ดิน Inaricho (G17) exit3 มากกว่า

Wifi โครตแรงครับ แน่นำเลยที่นี่ โหลด the ghost 5 ชั่วโมง ได้แบบสบายๆ

Dusty banget roomnya. Apalagi di jendela, tebel banget debunya. Mau minta cleaning service bersihin dulu kayaknya tidak ada cleaning servicenya juga, receptionnya sepi banget

I don't realize that I would get room with the bigger space than I think haha the bathroom is really nice, because it has a big size actually if I come to tokyo I would back again to this hotel and would tell all my friends to stay here if they go to tokyo. thank you

Ruangan pas-pasan, tapi fasilitas dan aksesibilitas sangat menyenangkan. Recommended untuk yang pergi travelling sendiri atau berdua saja.

Hotel japan standard and good

Nice hotel with ok space, bed is comfy, got lot if pillow (3 each pax) , free luggage locker, only coin laundry missed.

Cukup nyaman, dekat dengan station. Tapi ada 15 anak tangga untuk naik ke loby hotel, agak menyulitkan untuk mengangkat koper.

Repot kalau bawa koper, karena harus lewat tangga.

The room looked exactly with the picture, big enough room for 3 people. Near Ueno station.

The room for 3 people is awesome, big enough. The location not too far from Ueno Station.

The service are very good. The room & bed was comfortable. The bathroom was very clean & the hot water systems ran steadily. Love it. Yet, the location is a bit far from Ueno Station, about 10 minute walk. You might take a subway to Inaricho station and it's only takes 2 minute walk to the hotel. Yet, the station is very small and don't have elevator down to the station. so, it might not comfortable if you carry the big luggage.

Kamarnya kecil, tidak disarankan untuk liburan keluarga karena tidak bisa muat koper banyak, untuk lokasi dekat dari stasiun, cari makanan pun mudah, lingkungan di sekitar nyaman dan bersih, pelayanan stafnya ramah.
