i stayed here three times when I came to Jerez, I used it oftenly. The price goes up every year but not the service. I had a problem with my room key. It didn't work three times. But there is no proper service. The lady thought that I was doing something wrong. I had to go down to the lobby three times. It was not a good service at all.

이 호텔은 작년에도 묵었는데, 여전히 좋아요. 와이파이도 잘 되고 직원도 친절하고, 단지 흠은 엘베가 내릴 때 많이 흔들리는 점입니다. 이번에는 방도 좋았고, 묵는 내내 편안했어요. 추천합니다.작년보다 금액이 많이 오른건 아쉬웠어요~

It is a super nice hotel. Get a bus to the center and return to the hotel confident that it is clean and if you want to eat, the h9tel has a very good restaurant.

Disappointed. Moto parking at 15 Euros was absurd. Breakfast was promised at 7 am. After waiting 10 mind was told it was st 8 am. Was only offered a coffee and pastry to be eaten in the lobby. Staff was very unaccommodating. Wont go back or recommend.

Nice place with good communication near Town and beach. Excellent parking.

Belle hôtel, belle chambre mais un gros bémol: les fenêtres sont anciennes ( aluminium ) et fermées très très mal. J’ai eut la chambre 206 du côté rue et on entendait le bruit de la circulation et même des gens qui parlaient dans la rue. On nous a changé de chambre pour la 301 ( côté intérieur) et même souci car il y avait un fort vent. Conclusion: si vous voulez du silence pour dormir, venez avec vos boules kiess!!!!!

Great area, lots of restaurants along the boulevard. Relax, safe to walk along the beach.

Very disappointed with the whole experience at this hotel. The positive was the room was a decent size and you could see the sea between the tower blocks. Breakfast was ok but there are much better and cheaper places to eat nearby. The service was terrible, the staff were indifferent at best and at time rude and unhelpful. The room was in need of a refresh as was the bathroom. The aircon didn’t work and we reported this but we’d told it was turned off by the hotel, this made the room too hot with the widows closed or too noisy with them open. Finally, the hotel tried to overcharge us for breakfasts we never had. There are loads of places to stay in Cadiz, I’d not come back here and I suggest you look for somewhere less overpriced and more caring of its guests. Avoid
