Exellent and kind members, clean room, the best location.

We booked two rooms and were upgraded to the 5th floor penthouse at the city point apartments, which was very nice. The view was gorgeous, with the ocean within view of almost all windows. Underground parking garage. Unfortunately there is no AC at all and the floor to ceiling windows create a greenhouse - it was dangerously hot. And the absolutely torturous part is the fact that the bar across the street plays music til 2 am on the weekends. So leaving the windows open to let the heat out meant hearing music blasting til 2 am, then the sun rises at 430 and the seagulls start. Not the hotel's fault, but it was crazy. But the hotel room itself was nice, it was nice to have a full kitchen, it took some time to figure out the washing machine and the dishwasher we never figured out. There's a huge rooftop patio which was beautiful, also very nice to have. Walking distance to Shop Street, which was also nice. Some good, some bad.

L'hotel est beau et propre, les chambres sont spacieuses et propre. L'ambiance est super interessante et le personnel etait gentil. Le seul bemol, la plomberie est probablement vieille, l'eau n'a pas toujours une temperature stable et elle est bruyante. Dans l'ensemble, une très belle experience.

Excellent hotel. Great location, friendly staff. Rooms were a nice size. The restaurant had a great breakfast that was reasonably priced. We didn't try lunch or dinner but heard good things. The bar was also nice and convenient with a little entertainment as well. Thy also have free parking. A great experience. Highly recommend.

The hotel and staff were lovely and the breakfast was exceptional. Would be happy to stay here again. The location was great for walking into the Latin Quarter with plenty of bars and restaurants. There was underground parking available which was a bit congested when we arrived but the staff shuffled the car around for us when needed. Fab hotel!

We loved the staff here! Jenny was amazing at reception and helped us find the local GAA games at the bars. Parking was great - it’s a garage right and under the property that’s included with your stay

I liked the property. The lady at the desk was very helpful, the breakfast staff were a bit inattentive. The breakfast was good, they had Hashbrowns which is always a bonus! The location was good. The room was nice, biggest downfall was not enough airflow. We happened to be here on a very hot day, 85 degrees or more. The room stayed pretty hot. There was a fan and it helped but even the one window you could open didn’t do enough. The sheets were very rough too.

Staff were lovely and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Dinner service was a little slow but food was delicious. Would definitely stay here again. Great location to access town.

We loved our stay at the Western. What a very unique hotel. The staff was fabulous and we enjoyed the breakfast and the bar.

Great staff! Great traditional music in the evenings. Room was quiet. Clean. Close to everything! Highly recommend.
