This was a wonderful place to stay when just passing through to Limerick! I was met by lovely staff that were so kind and helpful. The restaurant was lovely, and my room was pristine! Very wonderful after traveling 12+ hours. :) Would 1000% stay here again!

Clean rooms but very basic.

Comfortable stay in a no frills hotel (kettle provided but no mini fridge, basic TV, room not very big) that could use some renovations. It was clean though, bed and bedding was comfy, and it was reasonably quiet. Would benefit from some fixes / modernisations in the bathroom. The hot breakfast was okay, though for the €12 one might expect a little more, such as eggs to order or fresh fruit. Decent gym and very nice pool use included!

Very run down. Room decor and fittings were horrendous. Electrical sockets hanging off and dangerous. Cob webs everywhere. Room smelt of old feet. Mattress was rock hard.

If you're there to sleep this is the place. No other room amenities, coffee, tea or water. The bathroom was so small your knees touched the door. They even charge for coffee in the am. The food in the bar was good and reasonable priced

Good location and friendly staff but the hotel really needs some TLC, the leisure centre especially.

Weak breakfast. Very small rooms. Loud bathroom fan. Soft mattresses.

Checking in was great. No issues. Looks like they’re are some renovations happening, but it didn’t disrupt my stay. Great to see it’s getting some TLC. Will be nice when it’s finished.

The room, very clean but looked tired needed a fresh coat of paint. Staff very helpful and polite especially Kattie and Alanah on Reception. Food was disappointing.

Not great. Very dated. Reception spent 10 minutes on the phone while I was trying to check in

The buffet was refreshed on a regular basis

Great welcome, hotel was full of happy atmosphere. (Halloween time!!) Busy pub and the food was really tasty.

The staff were friendly, they had a pool steam room and sauna which was great and included, no extra cost
