While the hotel may meet the very basic standards expected for accommodation, my overall experience was unfortunately quite disappointing. The facilities and amenities provided felt extremely limited and lacked the level of comfort and attention one would reasonably expect for the price being charged. What stood out most was the apparent focus on generating additional revenue rather than prioritising genuine customer satisfaction and hospitality. Many aspects of the service felt transactional, with little effort made to ensure guests felt valued, welcomed, or properly looked after during their ( I was charged €2.50 for requesting an extra tea bag and also charged for bottle of water left in the fridge that is normally complementary). Overall, the experience did not reflect good value for money, and there appears to be significant room for improvement in both service quality and guest experience.

Unfortunately, we didn't have a great experience. Staff were not very friendly or accommodating. We were told we would have a space enough for 4 people but we had a double bed and a tiny twin bed.. that fits MAXIMUM 3 people. Breakfast was great but otherwise I wasn't pleased with how our service was

On a pris cet hôtel car on voulait profiter de la piscine et on nous fait partir de la piscine car il y avait un anniversaire je trouve que ça ne se fait pas! On a payé pour des prestations et on nous met dehors, de plus que le spa il faut aussi payer en plus, tu n’as le droit à rien! Vraiment très déçue! Le petit déjeuner buffet était minuscule aucun choix!

Struttura elegante, stanza grande e confortevole, doccia con idromassaggio. Reception con check in rapidissimo. Disponibili subito quando abbiamo avuto bisogno. Nei pressi bar aperto 24/h. Ristorante purtroppo non provato.

Niente drink di benvenuto con la standard/ non avevamo tempo x la colazione (inclusa) e al bar ho dovuto pagare la spremuta e una crostatina!!!pessima figura, non tornere.o piu'

Close to airport.

Vi var på hotellet sidste år. Det er gået ned ad bakke siden. Pool og området omkring lidt beskidt (hår, plaster osv i poolen) og gamle dåser og affald osv ikke fjernet fra poolområdet. Morgenmaden var sidste år helt vildt god. I år, dårlig og kold kaffe, stive og kolde spejlæg mm. Øv øv

It was a great stay. Staff were very friwndly and helpful. They would donanything to sarisfy you. It was only that there was no fridge in the room to use nor iron. But overall the place was clean, good breakfast and nice environment.

Problems with combining two bookings, a booking that had been made via a different booking website back in August, we arrived to the hotel to be told there was no such booking and it had been cancelled, despite me having a printed booking confirmation and the money being taken as payment. Then had to rush around finding somewhere else to stay as the hotel was “full”. Disappointing especially after being a returning customer.

A surprise as we only booked as everything in Rome was crazy expensive and it worked out for the better. Some great towns to explore nearby and a couple of great restaurants within an easy walk.

Very clean with good facilities. A better food option would be good for a quick meal. Male staff need to smile and look like they want to be there!

Spent 5 nights here. Absolutely in love with the place. Beautiful panoramic views, friendly helpful staff, food is delicious and reasonably priced. Spa and massages are amazing. Rooms and facilities modern and well looked after. And the whole hotel smells amazing! Already planning my next trip! 10/10!

The views of the cities below are beautiful, from the hotel. To walk to the centre of Frascati is only 1 km but up hill. If you are a good walker then no problem
