The Inn At Dromoland is okay. The front looks pretty good and the long drive up to it is nice. It’s when you drive round the back to get in closer via the back door that you see how run down it is. Does that matter? Not too much, but it feels a bit fake. The room was fine, and the restroom appeared to be recently remodeled, but it was a major turn off when lifting the seat finis g that the bottom side of the seat had not been properly cleaned in ages. A short visit to Dromoland Castle was a nice surprise and the grounds there are beautiful. We simply parked and walked around to admire the castle and grounds. Service was not bad at this hotel, but we were told we. Loud park in the back, but found no way to actually enter through the doors that were near our room. 7/10.

Expensive but a nice hotel. Breakfast could have been better for the price. Restaurant food was good. Unsecure WiFi was disappointing.

Amazing stay, staff were exceptionally friendly. We enjoyed our stay as a family of 4, everything was as advertised. The food was delicious and play areas for kids were fantastic.

Room and bathroom were spotless. Breakfast was excellent with good variety for adults and kids.

Our extended family needed this quiet stay. One thing- why are the rooms numbered like that? The visitors aren’t familiar with the older tradition for numbering the newer additions. Please change it

The Inn at Dromoland was a great hotel for my family. We stayed for several nights with our 3 year old daughter. We appreciated that there was any outdoor playground and an indoor playground (though note that the indoor playland does have a cost and it's only open certain hours). Our daughter enjoyed the playgrounds and we saw lots of families there during the Easter holiday, so we felt very comfortable at the hotel. The breakfast was just okay, but the restaurants had good food for dinner and kid friendly options too. Overall this was a perfect choice for my family as we explored Ireland!

Beautiful reception area. We stayed in a family room on the ground floor. It was very spacious and clean. The corridors are in need of an upgrade but it doesnt take away from the cleanliness of the hotel, justcwear and tear. We used the swimming pool, staff extremely helpful and friendly. Had food in the Shannigans Gastro Bar, really reasonable for a family of 5. Staff very accommodating and helpful. Food was delicious. Would definitely stay again.

Our room was spacious but we felt that as it was not very busy we could have had a better view also the windows needed cleaning

Had a great room for our family of five. Shower was amazing. They have a nice pub on site as well.

I attended an authors' conference at the hotel. It was the perfect venue. The breakfast is wonderful, the sandwiches and soup at lunchtime tasty and the food at the bar delicious. My room was quiet and the bed comfortable. While I found the price a little more than I usually pay, Ireland has a lack of hotel rooms so prices there are quite scary. Overall, a wonderful stay and the staff are brilliant.

Staff are so friendly. Bar staff great craic so down to earth. Food pricey but worth it. I really can't fault this hotel.Will definitely be booking again next time we're heading to airport.

This is a great hotel to stay in with children, the indoor and outdoor play area is super and the pool is nice. the food and staff are great.

Great spot for families. The family room with 3 Twin beds and a queen was spacious and comfortable. Kids loved the breakfast and the pool. Very convenient for Shannon Airport!

This inn was fairly updated with very large grounds. Unfortunately, they were painting the closest entrance to our room, so we had a long walk to our vehicle and no luggage trolley available. We ate in the hotel restaurant, which was a nice pub. I got potato soup and it was very good. It was convenient to have an on-site restaurant. Room was very nice and beds were comfortable. Shower was also nice, however the only issue was that you could not turn off the bathroom fan so it ran constantly. This was very annoying during the night. It would have been nice if staff accommodate for our room being so far as she made it sound like it was around the corner. Otherwise there were no complaints about the room. I'd be willing to stay again with a few provisions.

Nice room. Clean and comfy. Leisure Centre had issues on the night so hot tub, showers and pool were freezing cold. Staff could have warned us. Lovely location.

Our base for Shannon airport arrival/departure! Proximity to Ennis, Limerick, Kilkee, Cliffs of Moher!
