We absolutely love this venue and stay here when we visit our family every year!

All was good.

We had a great stay. Everyone was very nice. Breakfast was good. Choices were sausage, eggs, biscuits, gravy, cereal, muffins, and waffles. Bed was comfy. The air worked great. Shower had a good pressure and got very hot. We would stay here again.

Excellent place to stay. I enjoyed the surprise courtyard.

Very friendly staff at front desk and in breakfast room. Clean rooms, very nice "atrium" with fountain and garden. Close to St. Marks National Wildlife refuge, Apalachicola National Forest

This was as good as a Best Western could be really. The overall experience was very good. Breakfast was what you'd expect from this flag. The courtyard was very nice and the staff was EXCELLENT!!! My only critiques: 1. Better pillows, the ones in the room were not comfortable. 2. Fitness room is very small.

Amy was amazing

It was over all quiet, the staff was helpful and polite, and it was minutes from the bay and places to eat.

I was at the hotel for 3 nights and they didn’t even have me marked down in the correct room. I paid for an extended check out time and I wasn’t even checked out and someone walked in my room while I was in bed. I believe that boiled down to me not being registered to the room I was in. I wish they would trim the trees around the pool area so that there’s more sun in the area but otherwise it’s very peaceful

Great stay the kids liked it and so did we.

The heat and air conditioning smelled really bad so we couldn’t use it. Also, the cleaning solution was real strong, so my boyfriend couldn’t sleep.

Grande suite bien équipée avec une grande douche. Laverie avec lave-linge (1,25$) et sèche linge (1,5$). Petit déjeuner habituel dans les hôtels de ce type, mais tres correct avec de la viande et des œufs.

Très spacieux et propre

We had a very comfortable stay. All staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and beds were amazing. Breakfast was tweaked each day with a good variety.
