룸 들어가자마자 나오는 침대 및 TV 외에도 별도 침실에도 침대와 TV가 함께 있는데, 에어컨은 그 방 안에만 있는 것 같습니다. 성능은 좋지만 좀 시끄러워서, 날씨가 선선한 편이라 그냥 끄고 잤어요. 주차장은 호텔 뒷편 지상주차장, 호텔 옆으로 진입하는 지하 주차장이 있습니다. 밴프 타운 제일 큰 대로를 따라 숙소들이 쭉 이어지고 있어 거리가 안전하고 편리하다고 생각되었습니다. 전자레인지가 있고 옆에 싱크대도 있어 편리했습니다. 시설은 약간 오래된 느낌이 들지만 침구가 깨끗했고, Ice Machine에서 담아온 얼음도 깨끗했습니다. 직원도 친절합니다.

This hotel is more like a hostel than a hotel. Although clean, it’s definitely worn down. Room was efficient, clean and quiet with a mini fridge. The hot tub was terrible. The water jets don’t work properly and it’s located right behind the front desk with only a glass wall separating them that doesn’t go to the roof so all conversations at the front desk can be heard. On the third day, they closed it as the water was no longer hot enough. There is an extreme lack of parking with only 23 stalls in the underground parade and a severe lack of street parking available. You cannot park out front as it’s prohibited and you are competing with local residents on the back streets. This would be a nightmare during the high season. The ski “lockers” are actually open slots lining the walls where a metal flap is locked across your skis… and is not very secure. An ambitious thief can definitely steal poles and with the right tools, the metal flaps or cords (used for snowboards) can be cut off. The hotel does provide the locks free of charge but I kept my skis in my vehicle

We stayed at Irwin's December 29th - 30th and had one of the 3rd floor rooms with a vaulted ceiling. So spacious. While dated, the room was very clean and well appointed. The only negative comment is either the doors or walls are thin. There was a man out in the hallway taking a phone call early in the morning , likley hoping to not wake his family, but rather waking everyone else in the rooms around him. I could tell you every word he said. So much for privacy.

Located in Banff downton this hotel is an amazing cozy and tidy place to stay. It offers great value for money. Staff is very helpfull and up to date concerning trips, things to do and navigation. Rooms are spacious and clean, sometimes a bit noisey but that was ok for me and didnt disturbed my sleep at night. Within walking distance you find a gas station and supermarket for your local needs. Acces to shops, sightseeing, bars, restaurants and busstops is within walking distance. The hotel offers a free bus ticket pass for exploring Banff wich is a great and thoughfull gesture to help you get around. (keep in mind this ticket is only valid for local routes, extra tickets for Lake Louise or Johnston Canyon need to be purchased seperately) The Hotel doesnt have a breakfast option but within a few minutes walking you will find plenty of options. I would stay here again!

The room had two chairs suitable for a table but no table. The photos for a superior room show more comfortable living room type chairs which is why we booked a superior room. The walls are paper thin so you can constantly hear doors slamming.

Amenties are not filled. No microwave in site.
