룸 들어가자마자 나오는 침대 및 TV 외에도 별도 침실에도 침대와 TV가 함께 있는데, 에어컨은 그 방 안에만 있는 것 같습니다. 성능은 좋지만 좀 시끄러워서, 날씨가 선선한 편이라 그냥 끄고 잤어요. 주차장은 호텔 뒷편 지상주차장, 호텔 옆으로 진입하는 지하 주차장이 있습니다. 밴프 타운 제일 큰 대로를 따라 숙소들이 쭉 이어지고 있어 거리가 안전하고 편리하다고 생각되었습니다. 전자레인지가 있고 옆에 싱크대도 있어 편리했습니다. 시설은 약간 오래된 느낌이 들지만 침구가 깨끗했고, Ice Machine에서 담아온 얼음도 깨끗했습니다. 직원도 친절합니다.

Very noisy on first night with parties on second floor. Loud throughout the night on and off. Woke me up several times between 11 pm and 3 am.

The price was right for the weekend. Couldn't hear sounds outside our room

Basic, old hotel but good location. Most of the reception staff could do with some training in customer service as they were very miserable and unhelpful. Bus to the ski resorts were a bit of a nightmare as massive queues. Banff town itself was excellent, lots of good restaurants.

Clean, great location, nice staff

The room was clean. We stayed in the superior 2 bedroom. It's really just a regular hotel room with a small bedroom off to the side. The main area ceiling is vaulted making it feel bigger and has a couch with a couple dining room chairs. The room is a good size. This was perfect for us. We stayed with out 20 year old son. The small bedroom gave him and us some privacy for a good price. We only slept in the room. Beds were comfortable. Foot traffic in hallway can be heard but not bad. Full size truck parking is limited. We would stay here again. It's an older hotel but overall served our needs.

The room was great with a view of the mountains. Customer service was great. The best deal in Banff!

Room was very clean and spacious. A good basic hotel. Close to the ski bus stop. Less than 5 minutes walk in to Banff. One thing I would suggest for improvement was that the shower didn't work in my room. I used the bath instead but would have been nice to have the option of a shower instead. Some staff were very friendly, others didn't really interact which I found unusual in comparison to other places I've stayed in Canada. Nice to have a coffee machine in the room. Overall I would stay here again.

Staff was nice but

We stayed for 6 nights, and it was a good stay for my family. Standard room did not have a microwave, which was a surprise for us. Room was clean and comfortable, had a basic cable TV (bring your own cables if you want to hook up you laptop), has a kettle, coffee maker (keurig, capsules were provided) and a fridge. Sauna and hot tub were pretty good, and staff was friendly and accommodating. Hotel is just steps from shuttle bus stop to resorts, which was great.
