전체 평가 및 리뷰 Irwin's Mountain Inn

룸 들어가자마자 나오는 침대 및 TV 외에도 별도 침실에도 침대와 TV가 함께 있는데, 에어컨은 그 방 안에만 있는 것 같습니다. 성능은 좋지만 좀 시끄러워서, 날씨가 선선한 편이라 그냥 끄고 잤어요. 주차장은 호텔 뒷편 지상주차장, 호텔 옆으로 진입하는 지하 주차장이 있습니다. 밴프 타운 제일 큰 대로를 따라 숙소들이 쭉 이어지고 있어 거리가 안전하고 편리하다고 생각되었습니다. 전자레인지가 있고 옆에 싱크대도 있어 편리했습니다. 시설은 약간 오래된 느낌이 들지만 침구가 깨끗했고, Ice Machine에서 담아온 얼음도 깨끗했습니다. 직원도 친절합니다.

밤에 근무하시는 직원분이 관광 할만한 곧들도 소개해주시고 엄청 친절하셨어요!!

Walk to everything . Friendly helpful staff

Staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel was extra run down and dirty. We requested a room with fridge and microwave and they delivered a dirty microwave. Over priced for age and cleanliness. Only plus was covered parking.

Clean room, comfortable bed. Staff was friendly. Short walk to downtown Banff shops. Would stay again!

Excellent attention from the staff. The AC made noises at some point at night.

Irwin's was better than I expected. It's conveniently located to the central downtown area (about 7-mins walk) and even closer to the Roam hub bus stop which is especially nice since booking included a 3-day bus pass!! The staff was friendly and very helpful. There's parking on the property as well as a restaurant. Only downside was closing time for the hot tub and sauna. It gets dark round 10:30p in the summer which means longer days out hiking and exploring. Using the hot tub after would be ideal...but it closes too early. I recommend extending the time in the summer.

Pros: location is excellent, the service was great, view was great (I had a superior room with a balcony), and my favorite thing is they give you free bus passes for the local bus service. Their room key comes with some discounts around town, so definitely check those out! I also liked that the tub was nice and deep, so I could have a bath. Things seemed nice and clean. Cons: definitely is a bit dated on the inside (carpets, A/C, lobby), the bed and pillows are a bit firm for my liking, the A/C is loud, the TV does not have many channels. Overall, my husband and I enjoyed our stay here and would return again.

The room setup was a little weird with no tv by the couch and the second bed near the door. Restaurant in hotel had good breakfast and wasn’t a bad walk to downtown.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. We had a chance to use the hot tub after a long and tiring day. Hotel is close to downtown. Highly recommended.

I was glad for the on-site parking.

A very nice clean facility located close to Banff shopping and other amenities.

The room is was shabby, uncleaned dor years. The carpet smelled , the linen had stain marks. The bed was so uncomfortable, im pregnant and it made me so much uncomfortable to sleep the entire night!! To add to the problem, we found a bee clinging on the curtains. Definitely not worth the price please be careful before booking it

The staff were all very friendly and pleasant. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

The sink in the bath tub was stuck but water got to flow down slowly. However the receptions are super friendly.
