It was a pleasant stay at this hotel. The hotel staffs were friendly. The room was big. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The breakfast was decent and delicious with a variety of choices. Unfortunately, it was cloudy and raining so I missed to see the beautiful view of lake rotorua.

The aircon didn't work, room was not ready yet at 16.00. The manager & staff are good in service, they gave free drink at the bar, offering change room. Unfortunately, it was already midnight and we need to repack to change the room.

Nice hotel. The room quite big and fit in 3 people as requested. Clean hotel and nice hotel staff. Great view to Lake Rotorua. Recommended.
