위치는 더할 나위없이 좋아서 걸어서 다니기에 너무 좋았습니다. 주차는 발렛을 이용하였고 가격은 비싸지만 친절했습니다. 객실, 부대시설,직원들의 친절도 등 모두 좋았으나 단 한가지 조식은 좀 아쉬웠습니다. 바다가 보이는 전망좋은 식당이긴 했는데 그에 비해 쥬스나 과일,빵등의 퀄리티가 떨어지고 종류도 적어서 아쉬웠습니다. 하지만 좋은 점이 훨씬 많은 호텔로 다시 찾고 싶습니다.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, it’s in a great position really close to everything without being noisy, breakfast was great and the swimming pool excellent.

Staff were very helpful and welcoming. We arrived late and they helped us to park our car temporarily in a tight spot outside the hotel until the valet could come and pick it up in the morning. Excellent breakfast. Great location with a short walk to the historic centre. Bed was very comfortable. Our room window looked out on a rock wall with plants and so was a bit dark.

Great hotel few minutes walk from main shops and restaurants also cable car 5min and bus station 5min. nice selection at breakfast. Need to be at least 2nd floor to get view with the highest floors with best. Great views from restaurant and breakfast room on 4th floor. Friendly staff . Nice pool but only get sun in morning at time of visit. Some outside noise early from bin lorry emptying recycling. Would recommend and return to hotel.

Très propre. La nourriture est bonne au buffet du dejeuner et excellente au restaurant à la carte en soirée avec une très belle vue. Air conditionné ne fonctionnait pas, mais sont venus réparer. Très satisfaite du service. Location est excellente.

Melhor hotel de taormina, perfeito

Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety and a really enjoyable start to the day. Our room—with the terrace view—was absolutely stunning and a highlight of the stay. The hotel ended up being our favorite of the entire Sicily trip. Valet parking was seamless and very convenient, which made everything feel easy from the moment we arrived. The staff was welcoming and helpful, and the overall atmosphere felt relaxed and special—definitely a place we’d return to.

Good location, parking extra, costs 20 euro per night

This is a very nice hotel and the staff is very helpful. It’s in a great location, close to everything in Taormina. Would stay here again. Breakfast was good with plenty of food. Do NOT use the ATM near the travel agency down the street, there is a pair of them. HUGE SCAM, they don’t provide receipts and ripped me off by 50 dollars.

Good for the price

I booked the room for three adults but the second bed is a twin bed very hard for 5feet 11 inches son to sleep on it. In addition, it’s very strange that the bathroom has a window open and it has no curtain therefore there is no privacy when one of us needs to use the bathroom. The breakfast from Splendid is super good and free. I love it.

The hotel is very clean and close to the city center which was great. The problem is the room is very small which is somewhat normal in Italy but the balcony was 3 times bigger then the room and when it’s raining a lot there is not much to do when the tv has only one station in English then the tv stopped working the last 2 days . They should at least have a smart tvs so you can watch Netflix or something else.

Excellent hotel well located fab breakfast

Very nice comfortable room although our room lacked a decent view. We had a recurring problem with the keycard failing to open the door to our room. After repeated trips to the front desk they eventually gave us a physical key which worked fine. The hotel had a terrific hot breakfast with great variety. The location is very good just uphill from the pedestrian area. We used the valet service for our rental car which worked fine. Be careful driving the one way road to reach the hotel. The road turns right at the Messina Gate and a block up the street you MUST turn right through a narrow arch to reach the hotel. If you miss this turn you will spend 20-30 minutes on a confusing route to have another go at it.

The hotel is nothing short of Splendid. A wonderful, new top to bottom renovation makes for a bright, contemporary space. The restaurant is first rate. It is located in a convenient location, 5 minutes from the bus stop and the gates to Corso Umberto. The amphitheatre is a short, scenic 10 minute walk.
