Nice hotel. Clean. For some reason we were placed in the handicap room and the shower was just a handheld. No water pressure! Major issue washing my hair. Be prepared to place a deposit as well. I wasn’t expecting that. $100 for us. Would I stay again? Maybe if I wasn’t in the handicap room.

Room was clean and inviting. The TV offered the option to log in to apps which was beneficial while traveling with kids. The person on front desk duty overnight was a godsend. She helped me problem solve a situation for one of my family members and helped save some worry.

Very clean and comfortable. The bed, blankets and pillows were super nice. Only downside was the parking. I had to park all the way in front of the "sister" hotel.

Well in our room #308 and the floor between the bathroom vanity the carpet was ripped and my daughter cut her foot from it. And I also was Charged twice on my credit card when I checked in. When that lady checked me in. So I noticed I was charged twice. So I would like both Transactions back from checking in. So that would be $100. But I would like all money refunded if that possible.

Nice big room, breakfast could of been better with a little more options, now what I wasn’t really happy with was that some towels where stain don’t know of what but found 3 towels I dumped them on the floor didn’t complained cause it was a one day stay…

It was suggested to me by the hotel to use a "digital key" and check in online instead of stopping at the front desk. So I hauled my four heavy bags up to my room on the 4th floor and the digital key was not active. Waited 10 minutes outside my room in the hallway and while text chatting with an agent on my phone about the issue. NO HELP AND NO REMEDY. So I call the front desk and they said I needed to come back down and check in since I was "chosen" to have my ID and CC inspected. I was alone and said I was not going to carry my luggage back down again, nor was I going to leave it unattended in the hallway. I asked if my boyfriend could check us in since he was arriving at the hotel within minutes, and the front desk stated that I would have to pay an extra fee to add a new name to my reservation. My boyfriend came to the room to watch our luggage so I went back down to the front desk. I had assumed I could go straight to the front of the line to get my situation taken care of but still waited in line after new hotel guests for over 10 minutes. Obviously not pleased, I re-checked in with the lady I spoke to on the phone and she gave no apology, had no remorse and handed me two water bottles as a "welcome package." All the other guests checking in were offered a treat with their water bottles, but not me. She wanted to get me out of her hair immediately so did not offer me the same amenities as other guests. I felt that was rude, wrong and discriminatory.

It was nice. Didn't like that the "free" wifi kept pushing for me to sign up for their program, requiring all my personal information to do so. It was also kind of frustrating that the cable television did not have a guide channel to let me know what was on the other channels at various times. Instead, I had to slog through each channel to see what was on, and hope that it wasn't a commercial when I got there. Frustrating!
