와이너리에 있는 예쁜 호텔이었습니다. 엘리베이터 가 없으므로 큰짐은 가져가면 불편합니다

Prior customer's garbage in bathroom was uncleaned, there were some spots on the living room carpet. However except them, it was awesome experience.

There are some spider’ net on the frame of the fireplace. Looks like nobody cleans the fireplace. The thermostat shows ‘fans on’, the actual meaning is ´Fans off’. I don’t know for other rooms, it happened in my room when I was there.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is absolutely beautiful and very convenient, especially if you are planning to explore the wineries nearby. The area is quiet and comfortable, which made it easy to relax and rest during our trip. We also really enjoyed the complimentary bikes, which were such a nice touch. The staff on the property were extremely friendly and accommodating, and the food at the restaurant was delicious. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we would definitely recommend it.

Came for a friends Wedding and this was so close to the venue! Loved everything about it and wish we stayed even longer. Will definitely be back!

We are frequent visitors to Riverbend and NOTL. The Riverbend is a fabulous place to stay giving you close proximity to river trails, walking distance to two great wineries and probably the most picturesque patio you could ask. We will be back before summer is over :)

Breakfast menu was fresh, view of the vineyard serene. Staff was super lovely and helpful

Un des meilleurs hôtels que nous avons essayés à Niagara. Le site est magnifique, on y mange bien, l’hôtel est en général bien entretenu, le personnel très gentil. Seul bémol, on a oublié de faire notre chambre une journée, rien de grave, mais l'entretien régulier au chambre manque un peu. Des ampoules brûlées tout au long du séjour, on doit demander de remplacer des serviettes, des utilitaires personnels, etc. Des détails, mais c'est un hôtel 4 étoiles, alors on s'attend à un certain niveau. Mais nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

The historical rooms were beautiful and very spacious with extremely comfortable beds. The scenic landscape behind the resort was an amazing way to watch the sunset. The staff were incredibly helpful and the entire hotel was very well maintained.

The hotel had a fun vibe. We enjoyed the ambience of the lobby. The location was great. The staff was friendly, although service could be spotty at times. The decor was extreme minimal, as expected from the photos on the website. We didn't expect that the king-size bed would be in an alcove with no access to the sides.

A beautiful vineyard to relax and unwind in. The helpful staff and delicious food made for an enjoyable getaway. The courtesy shuttle was an amazing added bonus. A really great stay, will definitely return.
