An excellent location and overall great stay at Petit Palace Eixample. The room was clean with a good daily service but there were some parts of the room that had aged (particularly in the bathroom) which gave a slightly tatty/stained appearance. But this didn’t distract from a good stay which we would repeat

Fint plassert i sentrum. Bra betjening. Litt lite basseng område. Og kaldt basseng. Hotellrommet var gjennomsnittlig. Stuepikene var veldig flinke og skiftet på sengen hver dag og tok bosset

Hôtel assez bien situé, personnel sympathique, bon confort, les chambres mériteraient d’être aérées avant l’arrivée.

Stayed here for a birthday retreat for 3 nights with my pregnant wife. Was a very difficult stay. Initial room was very nice - double bed and what I had paid for. 2nd night / the room smelled of marijuana / weed. Wife was pregnant so I asked for a change of room. Initially the hotel staff said to ‘open the room and wait a while’. I’m glad we didn’t as when I returned later that night to collect something, the whole floor smelt of weed, let alone the room! - 2nd night Got a room with two single beds (slept separately) and could hear everything downstairs as I think it was an extra room which no one stays in! Bed was absolutely horrendous, the springs made my back ache for a week. 3rd night - Was moved to another double room the day after. The hot water did not work in this room and no alternative was available. Wife and I had to go and shower in another room on a different floor and come back to sleep in this room! This is at 1AM. Absolutely ridiculous. On the last day I had probably spent about 5 hours packing and moving and speaking to people. I was promised a two night refund by Toni (the manager for both this and the other Petit Palace hotel). When hotels.com contacted them this was denied. Liars! On a side note - don’t pay for breakfast. For £15 a person there are some lovely places around. Breakfast was average at best with simple things finishing by 9-9.30am when breakfast lasts till 11am (eg beans or vegetables) with no refills because it’s ‘finished’!

Henkilökunta oli todella ystävällistä, mutta huone oli todella pieni koppi ja minitelkkarista näkyi vain 3 kanavaa.

Friendly staff and good area

Perfekt läge och en väldigt bra frukost. Trevligt med liten balkong och härligt med takterrass även om vi inte badade. Något litet rum och inte perfekt städning men rekommenderar ändå!

Sijainti oli lähellä kaikkea mm. ravintolat, kaupat. Hotellia mietimme miten saanut 4 tähteä kun vanha ja kulunut sekä sokkeloinen. Aamupalalla piti aina pyytää gluteenitonta joka ei kuitenkaan ollut mitään erikoista. Henkilökunta pääsääntöisesti ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Huoneet pieniä ja vanhanaikaisia, liian vähän henkareita vaatteille. Piti olla äänieristetty mutta kaikki äänet kuuluivat käytävältä sekä parvekkeen kautta ulkoa.

Hôtel très bien placé pour visiter Barcelone près du métro, avec un espace terrasse ensoleillé avec piscine et bain bouillonnant. Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel et le personnel souriant et à l’écoute. Mention spéciale à Marina qui parle bien français et est adorable.

Good location, spacious room, great breakfast, nice roof top pool. Had an issue with which meant we had to have cold showers in the evening which was disappointing but otherwise would definitely recommend .

Personnel accueillant, chambre assez grande avec petit frigo et cafetière, salle de bain correcte, propre, piscine sur toit, petit dejeuner bien que répétitif correct proposant une variété de sucré et salé Manque de boutique tout de suite à proximité et de restaurants proposant des spécialités espagnoles

Petit dejeuner très riche. Même si l'hôtel n'est pas inoubliable, il esr bien placé et le personnel est très serviable.

Très bien situé. Tous les attraits de la ville se font à pieds depuis l’hôtel. Bons restaurants à proximité. Chambre propre et possède tout le nécessaire. Literie et matelas super confortable. Le staff était super sympathique et nous ont aidé avec toutes nos demandes et questions. Petit rooftop sans prétention, mais agréable pour prendre un peu de soleil en pm. On recommande!
