The property needs to be updated. Rooms need to be sound proof.

This was a trip to show motorcycle group from out of state the surrounding area , as such this was used as a staging area. Clean and comfortable rooms , continental breakfast available , which I didn't try I went up to Flatwoods for my breakfast. Would recommend for overnight stay.

Room was clean and comfortable. Air conditioning great. Breakfast was good. Good choiced. STAFF FRIE DLT

Friendly, helpful people at the service desk . Overall clean room , except for food in the fridge. Maid service was clean towels ,wash cloths and packing up the trash. The biggest issue was the bed. My wife and I both agree that it was the hardest most uncomfortable bed we've ever tried to sleep on. Iwas tempted to go sleep in the suv.

It was a nice out of the way place to stay. Relaxing and quiet

The air conditioner didn't work in our room. They were booked solid and couldn't give us another room. 93 was the high that day and we were on the top floor!

It was 3 am by the time we checked in. The room was unbearably hot with the "ac" in full blast. The front desk provided us a fan but it was still miserable. A completely awful stay.

Rooms are outdated. Breakfast is poor. Beds were comfortable.

Gentleman that checked us in was polite and courteous so no problems with the service. The biggest issue was the room itself. First, the room was very warm and did not cool down at all. Secondly, I took a very long time for the hot water to heat up to take a shower. The biggest complaint was the bed… It felt like a very old mattress. You could see it bowing in the middle and had absolutely no support whatsoever, which made it very difficult for two people to sleep on. The room is also incredibly small. Comparable rooms with other hotels had more space and cost less.

IT WAS CLEAN AND CONVENIENT TO THE HIGHWAY EXIT and was moderate in cost.

The hotel was in terrible shape. Dirty sheets, floor and lumpy mattress. The bed sham was torn. It was so bad that we decided to drive the rest of the way home and not stay 1 night in the hotel. There was also loud music in the parking lot from sometime staying at the hotel and someone giving another person a haircut in the parking lot. I would skip this hotel.

The bath tub leaked all night long. Rooms were very warm and they didn’t want you to change the air units more than a couple degrees at a time to make sure the unit didn’t freeze so it took a while to get the room cool enough to sleep. The unit was very loud. Hard to sleep at night with so many different noises

Nice place to stay off the interstate while traveling. Easy to get to, safe & quiet. Gas station nearby & lots of parking.

Everything was awesome! Breakfast was great. Very nice staff. Clean. Just had ceiling leaks in lobby. I’d definitely go back!!!

Okay hotel to stop for the night. Very old & outdated, but was clean.
