Front desk staff was friendly, as were housekeeping. Would have been nice to know they were under construction.. no pool. No restaurant/bar... the room could really use a DEEP clean/scrub/carpet cleaning. Breakfast was silly... not much to choose from but still wanting to charge for it? Pass.

Somehow we got this hotel for a meeting in Oshkosh. This was nowhere near Oshkosh. But it has happened to a lot of people. They had a stack of pre-printed directions to get to Oshkosh. Worse, the hotel was being renovated. The breakfast area was closed, the lobby was partly torn up. There was also much road construction in the area. Only the room was nice. The pool and hottub were advertised, but were also closed.

The only negative was the construction closing off one elevator, but other than that it was a good hotel with big, clean rooms that made our stay comfortable.

Overall it was pretty good but when I booked the hotel nothing was mentioned about the construction that was going on so my son was kind of bummed out about not having the pool so if I knew about this before I booked it I probably would have explored it elsewhere.

Room had issues with television and internet. Contacted front desk … staff had no solution… fortunately one room was vacant so able to move. Bar and food service limited … morning small buffet available for a fee… limited bar activity for a Packer weekend.

The room was clean. Front desk was friendly and helpful with directions. They referred us to eateries. They were actually help and pretty good. Only concern is the smell of the room upon entering. Otherwise everything was good. Thanks.

We stayed here for a Packer game. The halls could use some updating but the lobby is very nice and it’s easy to get to. The staff is very kind and it was 49 min from Lambeau for a very reasonable rate for a game night.

There were large metal slats sticking up from underneath the bed. My son hurt his leg on it. Toilet didn’t flush unless you held the lever down. Pool area small and dirty. They charge $8 for a breakfast that is no better than any free continental that I have had and the “dinner” was non existent because if there was a cook they hid in the kitchen. Bar and kitchen were never staffed and snack room was overpriced and dismal

Parking issue

Property badly needs some TLC. Paint peeling all over our room, bubbling on the walls that looks like water damage and curtains were stained, torn and had holes in them. All the furniture in our room had signs of wear as well. If you need a cheap decent room, this fits that bill but it’s certainly not “nice”.

The hotel was great! The customer service was less than welcoming. I understand we all have our moments, but Ashley needs a reminder or two on customer service etiquette.

Nice clean room. I really liked the layout of the room, the extra space is very much appreciated.

Room smelt like I walked into a middle school locker room after a hockey game. Room smelt like sweat and body odor. Reserved with 5 guests which was on the reservation, bathroom only had 2 towels for showers with r know occupants. Hotel overall smelt dirty and was not very clean.
