일단 위치가 좋음. 6층에 올라가서 사진찍으면 전경이 멋짐... 기본 시설이 깔끔한 편이고 무난함~~^^

역과 가깝고 깨끗하고 친절해요

굉장히 빠른 Wifi이고, 관광지와 가깝습니다. 그러나, 조식이 부실하고, 건물이 오래되어 조금 실망입니다

위치 좋았으나 아침 식사 냐용이 부실하고 무엇보다 침대 사이즈는 지금까지 본적이 없을 정도로 좁다 투윈인 경우 돌아 누우면 바닥으로 떨어질 것이다. 더블도 마찬가지로 껴안고 밤을 보낼 커플이 아니라면 깊은 점에 빠질수 없다. 내 평생 처음 본 좁은 침대와 일부 불친절한 직원은 무엇을 물울때마다 모르겠다는 짧은 대답뿐.50만원 이상의 비싼 방을 얻든가 다른 호텔을 찾으라고 권한다.

Hotel excelente, com ótima localização, pessoal atencioso e simpático. O quarto é espaçoso, limpo e confortável.

Very accessible to the train station and a great home base to stay while exploring Tuscany towns. A wonderful food city as well with many options.

Hôtel idéalement situé entre la gare et le centre historique, avec le charme suranné du siècle passé. L’accueil est très aimable, la chambre confortable. (Expedia devrait corriger l’horaire du checkin qui est erroné, et le montant de taxe locale plus faible que celui indiqué)

The staff is amazing and makes up for the hard beds.

Great location, great service!

All staff is marvelous. Breakfast is varied and tasty. Bartenders make great drinks and drinking them at sunset on rooftop is divine. Stayed there twice; will always go back. They can tell you where everything in town is, where to eat, shop, pray, visit. Rooms nicely laid out and comfy.

We checked in and were given keys to our room and the room was not clean. It had an awful smell too. We were given another room at exorbitant cost and the air conditioning was not working. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

Close to the train station. Good buffet breakfast. Beds were mediocre-mattress was fairly thin. A/C didn't work. Had a room on the street side which was noisy until we closed the window. Only stayed one night so no big deal
