일단 위치가 좋음. 6층에 올라가서 사진찍으면 전경이 멋짐... 기본 시설이 깔끔한 편이고 무난함~~^^

역과 가깝고 깨끗하고 친절해요

굉장히 빠른 Wifi이고, 관광지와 가깝습니다. 그러나, 조식이 부실하고, 건물이 오래되어 조금 실망입니다

위치 좋았으나 아침 식사 냐용이 부실하고 무엇보다 침대 사이즈는 지금까지 본적이 없을 정도로 좁다 투윈인 경우 돌아 누우면 바닥으로 떨어질 것이다. 더블도 마찬가지로 껴안고 밤을 보낼 커플이 아니라면 깊은 점에 빠질수 없다. 내 평생 처음 본 좁은 침대와 일부 불친절한 직원은 무엇을 물울때마다 모르겠다는 짧은 대답뿐.50만원 이상의 비싼 방을 얻든가 다른 호텔을 찾으라고 권한다.

The most prominent feature of this hotel is the terrace, what a fabulous view! The staff were very helpful and friendly, showing the Gym which is slightly hidden away behind the bar and the large relaxing public lounge. There is a wide offer for breakfast in a large room which I think is underused. It would for instance be a great place for a reception or other formal gathering.

The hotel and services are top notch and it’s a beautiful lodging. The Rooftop is amazing with a wonderful view. Our issue was with the rather small shower. We highly recommend it!

The staff was lovely, a nice breakfast, and a great rooftop area with a bar and view! Super close to the train station. Highly recommend!

Our room should have been cleaner. The tub was dirty and there was some dust on the switches. The patio door was open when we checked in.. The room location was not good as we looked out onto a patio that looked like an employee smoking area. The carpets in the hotel were old and in some areas thread bare. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the train station, so the location is convenient.

What a great place! Quiet rooms and a wonderful park nearby. It has a fine number of restaurants very close. I would stay here again definitely

Could not get tv in English. Didn’t really have much time to watch but there were some down times and would’ve liked to see some news channels I could understand. Our room was excessively warm! I tried the thermostat on the wall to no avail. Brewkfast was warm and inviting. For the most part employees were very nice with a few exceptions. It seemed when they had trouble understand my husband or I they, hmm how should I put it, they seemed irritated. All in all I would recommend the hotel. Great location in the city and great views

Breakfast was great, many choices from eggs to cheese to cereals and yogurts and breakfast pastries & at 12€ also great value. The whole hotel is immaculate including bathrooms both those with the room and the public ones. Staff were incredibly friendly & helpful. The location is amazing , a 3 minute walk from the train station and 10 minutes to the Piazza Grande & close to many good restaurants. Wifi is very good and easy to connect to, beds are comfortable with really nice bed linens. The icing on the cake is the rooftop terrace. Checkout is 11 AM, but our train wasn't until 4PM. After walking to 2 museums and having lunch at a local restaurant , we returned to the hotel to pick up our bags and were welcome to wait either in the lounge off the lobby or on the Terrace. An excellent hotel for the price.
