This is the second time staying here. Staff is always friendly, rooms are clean, and location is quiet.

The front desk person was very helpful.

I checked in late (midnight). I had a lot of trouble understanding the clerk, and was unsure of what the additional charges were for, as I had paid in advance. The room was very clean. Breakfast area was clean, and we enjoyed the waffles. The other food wasn't great, but we filled up on waffles and juice.

I really did not like being placed in a handicap room.

Great room with all the things I like. Side tables on both sides of the bed, lots of outlets, large TV, lots of surface space for items, hardwood floor except for under bed, granite bathroom counter with extra shelf, clean smelling, lots of towels. Nice breakfast with several hot options: waffle maker, biscuits and gravy, eggs and sausage. Cold: peeled hard boiled eggs, yogurt. Fresh fruit. Juice choices. Baked muffins, etc. The only bad thing was a very low toilet.

We enjoyed our room very much, spacious, clean, and comfortable!!

Nice jacuzzi suite. It doesn't have a lot of jets in the tub.. but the shower makes up for it. Water was good and hot with great water pressure. And the set up is spot on. Bed is super comfy with lots of pillows. Clean room. Friendly staff. Easy check in/out.

Convenient to where my meetings were. Good breakfast. Good price.

Close to Community College that hosted the event I attended.

Great stay

The hotel was very nice, staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, and the breakfast was surprisingly delicious compared to the hotel breakfasts I’ve had other places. The mattress was very firm though, but I can sleep on anything so it worked for me.

Paid for a jacuzzi room we could not use. Water came out brown all day and the hotel refused to give us our money back. Ruined our Valentine’s Day.

The staff who checked this in and then check this out we’re very good.

We had a nice stay and it was perfect for our travels.

The good. We came in for a funeral. My wife and I are from the area. Shes from Beaver and I'm from moon township. We live in another state now. I had two rooms. They were clean and large enough for my family of 8. Parking was good and the location to shopping and restaurants was convenient, Also close to Beaver where the funeral was. Breakfast was ready every morning. The bad was the front desk staff in the morning. My wife and I both worked hotel front desk. She worked at courtyard and I work at la quinta. I can tell you that the there is no greeting. No welcoming. No how can I help you. No good morning when when we said good morning directly to the front desk am staff. No greeting of any kind. No accomadation of any kind for requests. The hotel did not appear full. We asked for a 1 hour late checkout so we could have breafask in beaver and not be rushed to return. That was denied. Again the hotel was not full. Parking lot had a hand full of cars. I stay at other comfort suites and never had this kind of interaction. I would not treat hotel guest or greet hotel guests the way we were greeted and treated. Also the elevator was not working during our stay. There was a large argument below our room that no one from the front desk addressed. It went all night. I would not and will not stay here again when I return.
