Fresh breakfast menu Friendly, professional staff Pet friendly property

There was construction in the rooms across and down the hallway which was distracting and made getting in and out of our room difficulty. Not to mention thenoise in the middle of the day. The pool was out of service which is a big factor why we booked with this hotel-inside pool. Given access to Lifetime Fitness in which my child cannot go to 2 hours less in the evening is not acceptable as we like going in the late evening. Noise in the elevators and constant smell of weed throughout.

Wonderful breakfast, great taste and filling.

A/C unit in our room was really loud but it did work well. Felt like our bathroom was probably due a refresh. Grout was chipped away and dirt in the grooves around many tiles. Did the job for our stay

Friendly, helpful staff plus comfy beds and pillows and a good breakfast variety made it a great stay!

I normally don't write reviews.... but there is a few things that was not happy with, the staff was very pleasant. Pool was closed, coffee machine broke, got up in the night to go to the bathroom and a bug went across the floor, sheets did not stay on, mattress was stained. It is an older hotel and I realize you get what you pay for.

Clean, great breakfast, early check in

Recently, we stayed 2 nights at this hotel. The first morning, they didn’t have coffee. Their machine was broke. Our shower did not have cold water and we had to take very hot showers.

We stayed here for the weekend. Doris was amazing, she even brought extra pillows up to our room for us upon request. Andrew also very attentive and courteous. We would definite stay here again.

It was very clean and quiet. Staff very responsive. Problem - breakfast was terrible as far as having what has been advertised. There were about 30 people coming down to have breakfast and the only thing they had was apple juice, milk, breakfast cereal and boiled eggs. People were very disappointed as I was.

There wasn’t any hand soap in the bathroom, the toilet was loose and would shift when you sat on it. Also idk what the pillow situation was. The pillows on the bed were similar to the small square pillows you would put on a couch.

Front desk was very courteous and kind. Motel room is filthy and in terrible shape. Cracks in the shower. Beds are unstable. Very disappointing after Expedia said it was a 4 star hotel.
