킨지와 스테이트 거리 교차부에 위치해 시카고 강과 거리가 가깝고 미시간 쇼핑거리가 모두 10분 내 도보거리임. 실내 공간이 넓어 쇼파 책상 냉장고 오븐 히터 세척기가 있어 3-4인 가족 장기 투숙에 좋겠음. 조식도 무난하고 직원들도 친절하여 만족도 높은 숙소임

My room was like a cave and I had no cellphone service in it. I paid for a “city view” but was directly facing a parking garage. The window was so filthy you could barely see out of it anyway. I’ll never stay here again.

Great location and easy to get to restaurants and other city activities. Room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Employees were very kind and friendly. Breakfast was just okay if there was anything to improve. Not bad but nothing exciting either.

Friendly, helpful staff. Many nearby restaurants and points of interest -- all walkable. Easy access to public transportation. Clean and safe. Our room was next to the elevator; persistent noise interupted sleep. Windows were dirty, interfering with our "city view" for which we paid extra.

Had a great 4 day stay. The hotel is central to everything we wanted to see, a short easy walk to the subway, has tons of restaurants. We always felt safe walking at night in this area. The hotel was clean and quiet. The only thing that was a bit of a clunker was that the hotel is on the second floor, so every time you walk in, there’s a wait for an elevator (only one was working) with tons of people lined up. We ended up taking the stairs every time. Other than that very minor observation, it was a great stay. Would definitely stay there the next time we visit Chicago.

I was really nice. I recommend this hotel. But there are pubs, bars, and fire station are located near so noisy at night.

We stayed a week here in Chicago. We had a one separate bedroom suite. Everything was perfect--very spacous, clean and bright. The breakfast buffet was great, saved time and money. The hot foods changed daily. Plenty of other choices. PERFECT LOCATION for transportation, things to do and restaurants--also a very safe area. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

I came into town on the train and it was an easy walk from Union Station and im 70. It's near Lou Malnatis...awesome pizza! My room was excellent and the breakfast buffet was good.

The room had a musty smell as if the filter of ac needed to be replaced. Parking is ridiculously priced.

Very nice experience, wonderful location. Many destinations were within walking distance.

I loved the hotel, service and breakfast was excellent. My bed could have been better.

For being in the heart of the River North District it was very quiet in the hotel and clean. The lobby needs some modernization as to the elevators. The staff was friendly enough, but not exceptional. Beds were excellent, bathrooms and shower pressure were excellent. For a hotel breakfast they had a good one. The bar is a little sad, but it does work for the business traveler. Lots of room in the main lobby For office work. Parking is valet for $10 more than South Park and both are very expensive so you might as well valet. Overall, a great stay for Chicago.

Close to everything. Will definitely stay there’s again.
