살레르노에 가면 항상 이용하는 호텔입니다. 살레르노에서 가장 규모가 큰 호텔이고 바로앞이 바다라서 아침일찍 일출과 함께 그물을 건져 고기를 잡는 어부들도 볼수 있습니다. 오래된 단점 외에는 저렴하고 좋은 호텔입니다.

최고의 위치로 바로앞에 페리터미널이 잇어서 포지타노와 아말피에 다녀오기 너무 편하고 좋았고, 바로옆에 큰 마트도 붙어잇고, 조금만 걸어나가면 있는 도심지에서 식사며 쇼핑까지 하기에 최고였습니다. 거기다가 쾌적한 룸 컨디션과 오션뷰 모두 좋았습니다. 다만 무료주차가 아니라는점만 아쉽지만, 합리적인 호텔가격때문에 전혀 부담되지 않았습니다.

호텔이 시내에서 떨어져 있어도 대중교통수단을 친절하게 가르쳐 주면 좋을텐데 전혀 무관심했습니다 호텔 청결도는 침구류는 그런데로 괜찮았는데 변기가 제대로 닦이질 않아곰팡이가 많이 끼어 있었습니다 다시 묵고 싶지않은호텔입니다.

커튼이 지저분하고 냄새가 나고 옷장에서도 냄새가 남. 온수가 충분하지 않고 호텔직원이 영어 소통에 문제가 있음

Grand hotel salerno is located beach, so view is very nice. Facilitis are very clean but coffee port is not in the room.ㅠㅠ

It is close to center of city(200m) and next to seaside. 70EUR for seaside, do not hesitate choose seaside view

Very priceworthy and an absolute great location. The cleaning was top notch but perhaps the bathroom had passed its prime. Perfect breakfast with all you could possible ask for. Nice and helpful staff. Overall an excellent stay and I would highly recommend the hotell to all types of travellers.

We checked into a seaview room. The view from the balcony was spectacular. This is where the good news ends. The room was dated, paint peeling, bed was hard and the bathroon needed a good clean. We arrived back to the hotel on the second afternoon, to find a dirty rag was left on our bench. From then on, we had "do not disturb" on our door, as I went over every surface with antiseptic wipes. The breakfast was pastries, boiled eggs and meat. The room was configured with tables of 8. It was not condusive to a relaxing morning

Very spacious and clean rooms. Also spacious bathrooms. Rooms facing the sea have excellent sea view from the large balcony. Buffet breakfast is nice. About 10 minutes walk from the central train station and also 10 mins walk to the ferry terminal where you can get tickets and board boats to various sightseeing ports of Amalfi, Positano, Capri, Etc. Bus stands also nearby within few minutes walking. Lots of eateries and stores in 5 minutes walk.

The location of the hotel is great. Walking distance to great restaurants and to the old town. The beach is just on the other side of the hotel, 2 min walking distance. We will definately be back and stay at this hotel again

This place was a huge disappointment. When we got there the room was stifling, and we couldn't figure out how to lower the air on the wall-mounted thermostat. There was no information next to the phone on how to contact the main desk, so I gave up and walked downstairs. The guy at the counter said that the room was at 28C which should be acceptable (it is NOT - that's close to 83!) and that the lowest he could take it to was 23 - or about 74 F. So the room temp is controlled by the front desk? Then why is there even a thermostat on the wall in the room? Well, we were leaving that afternoon for dinner in Ravello, and wouldn't be back until late. When we did get back around 11 p.m., it was warmer than ever!! In Italy, when you remove the keycard from the wall, nothing electric works - even the A/C! It was hot and stuffy. I didn't want to deal with the knuckleheads at the front desk again, so we just tried our best to sleep. We were so uncomfortable - finally I had to open the front window, which did allow a bit of cool air in but then we were subjected to the motorcycles racing around, dogs barking, people screaming at each other etc. We barely slept at all that night. Oh, and they left us two bottles of water on the desk when we got there - nice! So I put them in the fridge. When we got back that night, the bottles were still warm - though plugged in, the mini fridge wasn't working! What a nightmare. This place needs to be re-classified down from 4 stars to 1.

My room on 3rd floor had an ocean view. Beautiful. However Saturday night until 12pm there was a very loud band with base that went on and on.
