마드리드 여행에 주요 관광지가 가까워서 다니기 너무 좋았습니다. 침대도 편안하고 방도 적당해 3명이 사용하기에 불편함이 없었습니다. 화장실이 사용하기 불편함도 없고 괜잖았지만, 문이 유리문이라 안에서 사용하는 소리가 객실에서 다알수가 있어 이점이 아쉬웠습니딘. 그리고 생수는 첫날만 주는게 정책인지 모르겠지만 아쉬웠습니다.

Hotel muito bem localizado e quarto bem confortável. Um ponto que achei negativo e que vale a pena citar é na questão de segurança. Qualquer pessoa pode entrar no hotel sem se identificar e usar os elevadores. O elevador não exige a chave do quarto, como em outros hotéis. Apesar de a cidade parecer ser bem segura, considero esse um ponto a se considerar.

Very comfortable, lovely stay with a lot to do nearby. Basically in the center of Madrid so lots to see and do!

Perfect location. Close to everything (metro, food, shopping...etc). Very quiet and friendly staff. The two things that I was not satisfied is: 1. The air in the rooms is centrally-controlled condition. During the time of my stay, it wasn't working, so my room was HOT HOT. I was sweating through the night. And if I open the windows for fresh air, it gets too noisy. 2. Lack of variety choices for breakfast, wish there were more options.

Great location, staff were always awesome and helpful. Clean rooms in a great location.

Bon hôtel très bien placé. Petit déjeuner satisfait : du salé, du sucré. L’ensemble est plutôt bon. La chambre était grande et bien aménagée.

Espectacular!!! La ubicación es perfecta y el ambiente se siente desde que llegas por su cercanía à La Gran Via. El personal fue fabuloso, siempre atentos y con una sonrisa. ¡100% recomendado!

La habitación era amplia y cómoda, sin embargo tuvieron un problema con las tubería de agua y hubo filtraciones en nuestro cuarto, lo cual se entiende como accidente y dejó fuera el elevador el cual tardaron mucho en reparar y usábamos uno de carga muy feo.

Room is good and clean. Arranged 3 beds for us. Great location. Near the middle of the tourist hotspot Gran Via and Sol. Staff are nice too. If the toilet door can have lock, it would be better.

El hotel necesita una rehabilitación. Se ve ya un poco antiguo, sobre todo el baño. Por lo demás, bien en general.La situación es fantástica. Cerca de todo.

The staff was excellent. The guy on the front Desk was super helpfull and gentleman.

Hotel muito bom, próximo a gran via, quarto excelente, café da manhã aceitável, funcionários atenciosos, porém o terraço estava em obras, sendo assim não foi uma experiência completa, mas recomendo muito este hotel.

There was no AC. Reported this to both the staff and Expedia and nothing was done. Was told that although the AC is only turned on during the summer months, technically the hotel did have AC so I was forced to cancel without a refund. Checked out less than 2 hours after checking in and wasn’t offered any reimbursement. Would never recommend this hotel

Comodidades e equipe muito boas!

I enjoyed the room and breakfast until noon as usual. I knew the hotel from before and I even had a birthday party on the rooftop bar a couple of years ago.
