We loved the history of the building, it was beautiful. Spacious rooms with outside sitting area. Walkable to all areas of interest in Ortigia and cafes and restaurants. Staff were helpful.

We had a lovely room here and the decor was great. The hotel staff were friendly and the communication we had with them prior to check in was clear and helpful. The location was central, so easy walking distance to attractions. Definitely recommend.

The property is well located. However, the amenities are limited. Isabella, one of the employees, was very friendly and helpful. The rest of the staff, in my experience, were rude.

Really enjoyed the stay and the area. The property is a bit of an odd lay out but our room was lovely. Visit the baths downstairs.

Alla Giudecca se situe dans une jolie ruelle sur l’île d’Ortigia. L’influence orientale du lieu donne une impression de parenthèse magique aux accents des milles et une nuit. La chambre est très spacieuse, dispose de tout le nécessaire mais le confort est un peu en-dessous de ce à quoi on pourrait s’attendre. Le lit grince, le linge de lit sentait l’humidité (sûrement lié aux murs en pierre qui rendent difficile le séchage) et la chambre manque globalement de cœur.

We cannot recommend staying at this hotel. In fact, we didn't even stay and chose to book elsewhere after check in. The photos in the listing are in no way comparable to the actual rooms. The furnishings were worn down, uncomfortable and not well kept. The bathroom had visible mold and was extremely old, not in a charming way. There is no AC in the bedrooms either. The clerk was not particularly welcoming or accommodating. There are many other hotels in the area, choose a different one.

Tunnelmallinen hotelli loistavalla sijainnilla. Rakennus kuin olisi museossa asunut hyvässä mielessä. Huoneessamme oli kaksi kerrosta ja aivan upea kattoterassi näkymineen kaupungin ylle. Merikin näkyi ja näkyy osaan huoneista. Palvelu oli avuliasta ja saimme varaustammekin muutettua helposti kun olin varannut väärät päivät erehdyksessä. Aamupalahuone myös todella mukava ja aamupala oli oikein riittävä.

Could have been so much better - but the property needs some TLC.

La habitación era en realidad un mini apartamento, con mucho espacio y una cama bastante cómoda;muy silenciosa de noche. El baño obsoleto y la limpieza general no ha estado a la altura de las expectativas. Necesitaría una renovación. Localización buenísima.

Dette er det mest spesielle hotellet jeg har bodd på. Ingen luxus, men utrolig mye sjel og en helt spesiell opplevelse! Nydelig sted og veldig god service. Er et gammelt adelshus, med en koselig bakhage. Ligger midt i smørøyet i den gamle delen av Siracusa. Er en del trapper og har ikke restaurant/bar så vær obs på det. Men opplevelsen er svært autentisk og noe man husker lenge!

This is a very charming place to stay. Cannot say enough good about this place. The service and friendly staff gets 5 stars. On the other side, what I missed was having an overhead circulating fan and a full length mirror. Minor issues

We loved the hotel entrance , breakfast - especially the scrambled eggs ! , little sitting room next to the dining room, our sweet little terrace and the fabulous staff. We will be back very soon x

We enjoyed this hotel. It was charming and close to everything. Just one road away from the sea. Could use a few updates, but we didn't spend much time in the room for it to bother us. The staff were helpful and friendly.
