전반적으로 좋았지만.. 수건에서 이상한 냄새가 났다..식초냄새 같은..

역에서 좀 멀지만 1키로 한 십여분 걷습니다. 버스도 있는거 같은데 구글지도엔 나오지 않네요 호텔도 아담하니 예쁘고, 조식메뉴도 많습니다^^ 그리고 모든 직원들이 친절합니다

Very poor service. When I check in, the staff's friends stay in reception and they told me 'nihao(chinese hello' I felt so Racism. And I told staff 'Do you need my passport?' He ignored me , and I have to return from my room few minute later because he want to my passport. How was poor service in hotel. And tomorrow I ask the fee of local call, but reception staff said'We don't know'....is it possible?? I can't understand. If you stay this hotel, you can experience poor service and noise of another room and hall.

The hotel from outside looks very nice, but when you get to the rooms the beds are damp and honestly the rooms are very basic for the price. I’m glad we stayed only one night because I think we would’ve canceled the rest of the nights if you had to stay more nights.

Hotel Rivage was absolutely perfect. The location couldn’t have been better—close enough to easily walk to the heart of Sorrento, yet just far enough away to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Waking up each morning to the stunning views felt like a dream. The hotel itself exceeded our expectations. The staff were warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The bar was a standout feature, offering fantastic cocktails in a beautiful open-air setting. Spending our evenings in the charming courtyard bar became one of the highlights of our trip. I highly recommend Hotel Rivage and would happily stay here again on a future visit to Sorrento.

Hotel lovely and clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Good breakfast included and walkable to main piazza in Sorrento. We had a room with balcony and sea view which was great. The bar was great to watch the sunset with a Limoncello spritz. Thoroughly recommend and will definitely stay there again. Graze mille.

I had an excellent stay at Hotel Rivage and would absolutely recommend it. The hotel was very clean, well-maintained, and felt updated throughout. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was especially appreciated during the warm weather. The views were beautiful, and I loved spending time by the pool, which was clean, relaxing, and had great scenery. The location was also fantastic—close enough to easily walk to the main strip and center of Sorrento while still feeling peaceful and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful, and everything about my stay exceeded expectations. I truly have no complaints whatsoever and would happily stay here again on a future trip to Sorrento.

The beds they provided us was very uncomfortable and there was a bug flying .

Great location with a lovely pool and restaurant.

This hotel was awesome. The location is great. It close to everything without being right in the middle of the chaos. The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff was fun too! The hotel had a nice patio area to sit out on and have a drink. The pool area and lounge chairs were fantastic as you got to look over the city to the sea. The breakfast was as expected. I would definitely stay here again.

All 4 nights we stayed, the breakfast was served exactly the same everyday with not many items and not much to eat if you are a vegetarian. In the night the room could not get dark due to the outside balcony light because the curtain covering was not good. The bathroom was small especially the shower stall.

We had the family room for 4 nights. Pros: good location (It was only a 15 minute walk to the marina and meeting spots for tours), spacious rooms, beautiful view from the pool, decent breakfast, friendly staff. Cons: Housekeeping didn't make it to our room the first day and very little in terms of conveniences. We had just spent 4 nights in Rome at a hotel that was about the same rate and they provided SO much more: slippers, free mini bar (that included beer, water and juices) vanity kits, place to refill your water bottle and ice for free, lotions, they even loaned us a hair straightening iron! This hotel did not offer anything like that. The lack of conveniences didn't break our experience, but for the rate we paid, it would have been nice to at least have free water by the pool. (We had to pay for bottled water.)

Excellent service…good location with amazing views

Great location, pool, communal spaces and breakfast staff, mattress was quite poor however. Writing this review as I wanted to highlight to others that there is very limited parking on site. You will have a valet service which is EUR 25 per night. Definitely ask for your vehicle to arrive back at the hotel for your use at least 15 minutes before you actually need it. They were late every time which impacted our Pompei tour and returning the car to the rental company.

Unterkunft war gut; Zimmer waren top? Sauberkeit Top,Aussicht vom Balkon/Zimmer hervorragend, Personal an der Rezeption sehr professionell und hilfsbereit!! Personal im Restaurant muss unbedingt geschult werden!!! Frühstück war zwar nicht schlecht? Aber das man für ein gekochtes Ei; oder kleines Omelett bzw. Rührei extra zahlen muss ist schon grenzwertig!!! Der Vogel aber wird abgeschossen wenn man Kaffee, Cappuccino oder Espresso bestellt: 1 TASSE ist inklusive!! Die zweite muss man bezahlen!!!! Bei den Zimmer Preise ist das eine Frechheit!!!Bin jetzt um ei ne Erfahrung reicher und werde meine. Reisen/ bzw hotels wieder selbst buchen! Und nicht über Reise Portale
