전반적으로 좋았지만.. 수건에서 이상한 냄새가 났다..식초냄새 같은..

역에서 좀 멀지만 1키로 한 십여분 걷습니다. 버스도 있는거 같은데 구글지도엔 나오지 않네요 호텔도 아담하니 예쁘고, 조식메뉴도 많습니다^^ 그리고 모든 직원들이 친절합니다

Very poor service. When I check in, the staff's friends stay in reception and they told me 'nihao(chinese hello' I felt so Racism. And I told staff 'Do you need my passport?' He ignored me , and I have to return from my room few minute later because he want to my passport. How was poor service in hotel. And tomorrow I ask the fee of local call, but reception staff said'We don't know'....is it possible?? I can't understand. If you stay this hotel, you can experience poor service and noise of another room and hall.

Unfortunately we had an emergency, my daughter was admitted to the hospital and we missed the check in. We originally had the reservation for 2 nights. We asked for a refund or credit and the hotel has declined the request. Even though it was a case of emergency, we had the pronto soccorso paperwork to prove it, the stuff I talked to several times over the phone gave us the same answer every time :They never give refund exceptionally only in case of death. So if you book this hotel make sure your refund policy is good, 7 days grace like we had was not enough. I understand people tries sometimes to get away with things but our case was genuine, not even a credit or a partial refund we were offered. However I always say what it goes around it comes around so I guess they will understand at one point that showing humanity pays back in life. So for this I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, spend a bit more and go somewhere else, we lost $631 for 2 nights. It wasn’t cheap, however the hotel is owned by a single owner and that is never good, because they never show compassion. I don’t know anything about the cleaning, the check in and everything else.

Great hotel option in Sorrento - very helpful staff, loved the pool with a view, and wonderful breakfast included for guests. The only thing to beware of, depending how you arrive in Sorrento, is that it’s a pretty long, sweaty walk from the train station to the hotel with luggage. And a taxi is surprisingly expensive for the short ride.

Superfräscht hotell, vänlig och hjälpsam personal! God frukost och fräsch pool, dessutom vid bra läge i Sorrento. Tillräckligt tyst om natten, men ändå nära pulsen på gågatan ⭐️

The property location was great and the rooms were updated. Both bathroom drains - the shower and sink were clogged. The shower pressure was not good when turning the hot water on. The fridge turns off when the key is not in the room. The breakfast should have had more variety. They had other options but you had to pay for it. For the money spent it was not up to expectations.

The hotel is in a great location - a block from downtown Sorrento's shops and dining.

Decent hotel in a good location with good access to all places of interest, most within walking distance. Breakfast was ok, with Breakfast/Day staff in the Bar/Restaurant very helpful, though the different team working in the evenings were not as good.

Amazing hotel em Sorrento! Me and my wife stayed in for 4 nights as our hub in the Amalfi Coast and the hotel is just great! Great views, pool is very nice, good breakfest with views also! We loved it!

The hotel from outside looks very nice, but when you get to the rooms the beds are damp and honestly the rooms are very basic for the price. I’m glad we stayed only one night because I think we would’ve canceled the rest of the nights if you had to stay more nights.

Hotel Rivage was absolutely perfect. The location couldn’t have been better—close enough to easily walk to the heart of Sorrento, yet just far enough away to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Waking up each morning to the stunning views felt like a dream. The hotel itself exceeded our expectations. The staff were warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The bar was a standout feature, offering fantastic cocktails in a beautiful open-air setting. Spending our evenings in the charming courtyard bar became one of the highlights of our trip. I highly recommend Hotel Rivage and would happily stay here again on a future visit to Sorrento.

Hotel lovely and clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Good breakfast included and walkable to main piazza in Sorrento. We had a room with balcony and sea view which was great. The bar was great to watch the sunset with a Limoncello spritz. Thoroughly recommend and will definitely stay there again. Graze mille.

I had an excellent stay at Hotel Rivage and would absolutely recommend it. The hotel was very clean, well-maintained, and felt updated throughout. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was especially appreciated during the warm weather. The views were beautiful, and I loved spending time by the pool, which was clean, relaxing, and had great scenery. The location was also fantastic—close enough to easily walk to the main strip and center of Sorrento while still feeling peaceful and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful, and everything about my stay exceeded expectations. I truly have no complaints whatsoever and would happily stay here again on a future trip to Sorrento.

The beds they provided us was very uncomfortable and there was a bug flying .

This hotel was awesome. The location is great. It close to everything without being right in the middle of the chaos. The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff was fun too! The hotel had a nice patio area to sit out on and have a drink. The pool area and lounge chairs were fantastic as you got to look over the city to the sea. The breakfast was as expected. I would definitely stay here again.
