Perfect place for family/friends to get away. Close enough to mountain but far enough away so not to be in the chaos. Shuttle to mountain was readily available every 30 minutes. Rooms were spacious, clean and updated. Kitchen was well stocked. Fireplace was perfect!

The room is ok. We can see there is some lacking in the maintenance ( scratches on the wood). No phone in the room too. No one told me there’s no restaurant anymore since Covid!!!! The bar was close the all time we were there( 2 nights 3 days)

Room needs to be cleaned and tidied. Garbage needs to be taken out. Dusty areas need to be wiped. Bathroom products can be better

Staff were friendly and the hotel was kept very clean. It’s a little run down but that’s just the vibe of the hotel.

This friendly well-organised lodge of a hotel is perfect for a Tremblant adventure without any of the fuss. Great location, courteous staff, excellent facilities, well recommended for families.

Comfortable room. Getting a little dated. Good location. Nice to have shuttle to hill. Hot tub was not turned on our first night .. very disappointing. Our second night it was opened probably because there were more guests.

Dusty, poor lighting, lack of pans in kitchen. Pillows are flat, Carpet dirty and mold. No control over heat, it was super hot! Would not stay again.

La chambre était négligée, les tapis sales, le lit tellement mou. Mon fils a eu très froid dans son lit, il manquait se literie. Il faudrait avertir qu'il n'y a apa de restaurant et que le bar est fermé en semaine

The hot tub wasn't warm either days nor was the pool

Le personnel et les équipements. Toutefois, nous avons été très déçu que les draps sur lit escamotable n’étaient pas propres et n’avaient pas été changés.

Room was spotless and staff were very helpful. We enjoyed using the indoor pool and the pool table and foos ball table in the lounge.
