It wasnt super busy, the staff was what i liked the most very fr8endly and helpful but it wasnt very clean

The bed were comfortable and clean. I requested a roll out bed and even call the hotel before booking and they said they had some but when I checked in the lady at the desk said they didn't have any I even paid extra on Orbitz for a roll out bed was happy with that. I understand we live in the south but omg cockroach ville!! At least the shower had extreme pressure.

Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Room @ bathroom were not throughly cleaned prior to my stay you can tell it was rushed last time the room was taken care of, it was dirty I had no shampoo or conditioner, okay that’s fine I brought my own. No soap of any kind. My AC unit would not turn on and they didn’t have other rooms 😩 it’s Alabama. No pet fees which is why I choose motel 6s larger area for my pets to do their business and stretch their legs I had pizza delivered, it was pretty good

Very unsafe location, lobby is 300 yards away from the rooms in a different building. A lot of cross traffic through parking lot due to adjacent road behind the motel. I was charged twice for the same room same night. American Express is disputing Quality Inns charge same address as Motel 6. I had two different transactions for the same stay. One from Expedia and one from Quality Inn. Called motel 6 location Monday morning and was given toll free number. Owner said he couldn’t authorize refunds. NEVER again

+ close to food, gas and I85 ramps + Bed, shower, AC and TV works, free wifi - Sat night party at the hotel restaurant LOUD - housekeeping knocks on door every morning at 8am - rooms and property are run down *You get what you pay for. If you just need a place to sleep it's cheap and easy. Maybe bring your own pillow and sleeping bag?

Out dated. Needs major overhaul. Pool was closed, rust allover the room, microwave, refrigerator,bathroom. Water comes up throughout floor board's.

No soap! Some of the lamps did not work! Rust on everything! The bedding gave the appearance of being in good shape! Floors were fine! Bathtub was pitiful! No hair dryer! Was no worth what we paid!

the front of the motel is very run down to the point where i drive past it thinking it was shut down the room was ok but the blinds were broken the mini was broken the toilet was leaking water and one of the staff members went into my room and stole some of my clothes out my bag while i was out i tired to talk to the manager she was no help i asked to talk to someone above her she didn’t want to comply and ended up calling the head maid she told me she cleaned my room for two of the three days i was staying i told her i had took my bag out the room so another incident didn’t happen

When we arrived, the first thing I noticed was the floor had not been swept or mopped. Dirt was all over the floor and look like it had not been mopped for quite a while so then I went to use the bathroom and shower and there was only one towel and one washcloth we booked the weekend for two guest so there should’ve been more than just one of each. I had to ask the front desk for a broom so I could sweep the broom was filthy itself, but I used it anyway at checkout time we were taking all of our things to the vehicle. We were walking on the walkway to the vehicle, and my fiancé slipped and took a hard fall on the concrete. We noticed that he slipped because they had just painted. They had no wet paint signs out. They did not block off the walkway and I notified the manager, the manager made a phone call asking the person why did they put out wet paint signs and why did they not block off the walkway. He asked if he was OK I said no I’m having to take him to the emergency room and he didn’t say anything else. There was no comment from the manager. I called the next date as for incident report he said he made a internal r report and did not know how to give it to me. I will be requesting the money back for our stay.

They straight up had roaches and wouldn’t give me a refund.

The room waste very clean, the tub had rust stains. The lamp shade by the bed look like it had blood stains on it. The couch in the room was in very poor condition. The room itself looked very outdated.

I know it’s a Motel 6 but for what I paid for this room was really not worth it, lady at the desk was rude and barely knew any English and looked confused about everything. They did not replace towels or toilet paper, I had to walk to the front office and get those items from them at 9pm at night. The refrigerator did not work (wasn’t cold at all) The water pressure and temperature was awful. Don’t pay $300 for a weekend stay here, you’ll regret it, plus it’s in crack town.

The bathroom was not cleaned properly and there was toe nail clippings behind the door.

The pictures are very misleading the tub was terrible . The toilet was awful

I made a noise complaint after not being able to sleep for nearly two nights in a row. Said they would call them to tell them to be quiet. I NEVER heard their phone ring. And I could hear EVERYTHING from those next to me. It was NONSTOP loud yelling/laughing day and night. They were OBVIOUSLY smoking marijuana it smelled SO strong in my room. And I have asthma. I told them I wanted a NO SMOKING room at check in due to this. When I went to the desk saying I wanted to leave (over 3 hours after complaining of it all) she said “oh I just called them to ask them to be quiet” As I was walking to the front desk a house keeper walked up there with me and said before I could even say anything “she wants to check out because those people next door and how loud they are” and even said they had been getting constant complaints about them. So why would they room someone next to them?!? They obviously had TONS of other rooms open. I understand I chose a cheaper hotel and I can deal with ALOT but WOW it was so bad. My bathroom toilet leaked allll around the ring anytime I flushed. There was bullet hole in my window/curtains even. I barely got an apology at check out and when I said I wanted to go they wouldn’t stop trying to get me to choose a different room. Absolute WORST stay I have EVER had. And I travel ALOT. DO NOT STAY HERE.

This was a nice stay. The staff was so friendly. Mrs Kim made sure me and my mama had everything we needed the whole time we was there. Pet friendly so my little man was able to come with me. Room felt a little crowded to me but it was very clean and had microwave and fridge so we were fine.

The staff was very friendly, the parking lot, walk ways and property was very well lit but the rooms, mainly bathroom, was not very clean nor stocked with enough towels but we made due enough to excape the storms.

The motel was clean, but upon arrival, the attendant at the front desk, after my reservation had been made at 11 am, either couldn't find my reservation or didn't know how to find my reservation. Not only that, because he couldn't find it, called me a liar and also threatened to call the police and have me removed from the premises. I showed him all of my booking information along with my receipts from hotels.com and he still didn't put the information in. I have been booking with hotels.com for a long time and never had this problem. I stayed alone that night and was in bed at 8pm and the front attendant sent someone and woke me up complaining about a noise complaint about a party. It really made my stay very uncomfortable. Not only did they not have my room that i reservated, he charged me 4 more dollars, and retried to recharge my card for the entire room over again. This was not my first time staying there, but probably will consider it lightly before staying there again.

Easy access when on the road. The floor was not to be used without shoes (the feet turned black). Have stayed at a 6-venue before so I was kind of prepered. The room also smelled of previous smoking, inspite of being a non-smoking room. We came late and decided not to try to change room - needed sleep. the Darling staff made the stay worth while inspite above challenges, they were very welcoming and friendly
