직원 친절 식사 청결 증 좋았어요

정말 편안한 숙박이었습니다. 좋은 호텔 이곳저곳 다녀봤지만, 여기 직원분들이 가장 친절했습니다.

방이 크고 편하게 지냈습니다

택시 및 우버로 두바이물 가는데 무리 없으며 지하철역도 도보로 이동 가능함 가성비 좋음 얼리 체크인도 가능했음

호텔을 많이 안다녀봐서 그런지 시설은 매우 좋구요, 지하철에서 10분정도 걸어야 되는데 체감상 그렇게 멀지 않습니다. 직원분들은 다 친절하셨는데, 제가 새벽 5시 비행기로 도착해서 얼리 체크인을 요청했는데 마침 방이 없어서 계속 귀찮게 굴었네요. 호텔 사항 꼼꼼히 읽었는데도 조식은 따로 내야 해서 조금 당황했습니다. 2박해서 세금? 서비스비? 30디르함이랑 조식 2번 90디르함. 총 120디르함 추가로 냈습니다. 조식 메뉴들은 많진 않은 편이지만 뷔페 직원들이 정말 친절하네요. 그리고 방음이 잘 되진 않습니다. 호텔 바깥소리 잘 들리구요, 근처에 모스크 사원 있어서 샬라샬라 음악소리 잘 들립니다. 중동 느낌 나서 나쁘진 않았네요. 제 기준으로는 퍼펙트했습니다. 추천합니다.

Staffs was friendly especially Faye who helped us to check in the room. The hotel was neat and tidy,though, it was not organized for three of my family including bed, towel, water, cup, etc. However, the facilities were useful and helpful.

I love to stay here when I am in Dubai.

Breakfast ok fried eggs terrible scrambled eggs and a omelette looks the same , not the usual range at Breakfast put it down to the conflict with Iran

Despite the challenges of the present situation, Four Points Bur Dubai continues to off great service.

Despite the problems caused bty the war in the Gulf, Four Points by Sheraton are able to remain oipen and givng good service.

Good clean rooms

Das Hotelzimmer, ein Studio, war sehr sauber. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut, es war alles da was man brauchte.Durch die langen Vorhängen wirkte das Zimmer allerdings sehr düster, ein öffnen der Fenster war aufgrund der Klimaanlage nicht möglich. Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit, man hat versucht alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Das Frühstück war sehr indisch angehaucht aber man hatte sehr viel Auswahl. Die Umgebung des Hotels war allerdings ein wenig trostlos. Es gab einen Supermarkt, der Rest war zugebaut von nicht schönen Gebäuden. Aber man konnte für kleines Geld mit dem Taxi in die Touristen Hochburgen fahren.
