전반적으로 친절하고 방도 좋았다. 뜨거운 물 잘 나오고 청소 상태도 좋음. 하루 청소를 안 해 놓은적이 있어서 별 하나 뺌. 위치도 괜찮고 일층에 커피와 차 뜨거운 물을 제공하고 있다. 먹을만 했다.

아침 조식 먹을것은 에그 스크램블 하나였습니다. 아침에 머리 감을때 화재 경보기가 발동하여 얼떨결에 12층에서 짐 챙겨 내려갔습니다 4인가족 캐리어 큰거 하나에 빨래감 먹을것등 가방만 4개였습니다. 7살여자 아이도 12층에서 들고 내려가야했습니다.

Was super upset that the pool closed at 3:45 for maintenance & wasn’t able to use it. Specifically choose that hotel for the pool so my daughter could swim bf we had to leave in the morning.

Asia at the receptionist desk was awesome! All staff were nice and respectful. The view was great, the room and hotel were clean. It’s conveniently near restaurants, shopping and the harbor.

While the location of the hotel is great-walkable to the waterfront, Fell’s Point, shopping and dining options-the staff are the true all-stars. The team at the front desk is exceptional-genuinely friendly, attentive, professional and clearly focused on ensuring their guests have an enjoyable stay. The gentleman at the door was also a gem-we were greeted with a big smile and a helping hand when we arrived, and he had a great rapport with his teammates and other guests. Definitely recommend if you are staying in the Inner Harbor area-great spot and excellent staff!

Good location. Clean big room staff great

The stay overall was nice because of the location, but our room had stained carpet, stained lampshades, flat pillows, and a not great mattress. The hallway smelled of weed.

Jalesha and staff were exceptional, along with the clean facility.

Clean, and felt safe

Big, comfortable, clean room … nice breakfast. Staff was pleasant and friendly. Only thing I missed: a “grab and go” type shop in the lobby— for cold drinks, snacks, etc.
