아주 만족스런 선택....스위트 방이 정말 넓구요 옛날 건물의 고풍스러움과 북유럽스타일의 가구가 절묘하게 멋스러웠어요~~다시 꼭 가고싶은 호텔이예요 위치도 취리히호 유람선 타는 곳과 가깝고 시내랑 다 걸어 다닐수있는 금융가쪽에 있는 최고의 자리에 있답니다. 취리히 물가대비 호텔은 저렴한편

The lobby is beautiful and the staff is warm and very professional. The rooms are very spacious 1 bedroom flats. Breakfast in the hotel restaurant was very nice in terms of decor, service and food. The only negative comment and why this isn’t a 5 star review is that the room service was surprisingly disappointing. The food itself was cold and the fowl breast was dry and not appetizing.

Nous avons eu un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. La suite dans laquelle on est resté était très spacieuse et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Avec tous les équipements nécessaires pour notre séjour. Le pdj était très varié avec des produits de très bonne qualité. Les personnes du service souriantes et attentives. Le seul hic les produits de beauté. Shampooing et gel douche. Publicités comme très naturels ils avait une odeur très forte, laissant la peu rêche et les cheveux nouées … un odeur à étable tellement fort qui restait désagréable ….

An upscale experience in a warm comfortable environment . Dining was exquisite. Staff is amazing. Salina is the sweetest welcoming reception. The Young staff were ready to help with every need.

3rd time to Zurich & 3rd time to live. Alden has seen the change of my family from 2 persons to 3 in these years. every staff & every detail made us feeling warm. Especially my 3 years old daughter Felicia, she still remembered her last experience when check this time. big room make us enough space. See u in 2025.

Excellent staff and service

The best suite and bedding I ever had in Europe. Huge for Zurich standards . Extremely friendly staff at the front desk. Breakfast in the room was worth it and delicious. It’s a definitely coming back !

I recently stayed at Alden Hotel, and I must say it was far from the luxury 5-star experience they advertised. This place is actually part of an apartment building in a residential area, and there’s nothing luxurious about it. Our room felt like someone bought a random apartment, furnished it with outdated, mismatched pieces from a flea market, and labeled it as "luxurious." The furniture wasn’t even "vintage" – just old. To make matters worse, the rooms are not soundproof as advertised. We could hear the guests above us, including their kids running and yelling, well into the night—until 3 AM! It made for a very unpleasant and sleepless stay. Overall, I feel misled by the description of this hotel. It does not live up to its claims of luxury, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a true 5-star experience.

Fantastic stay at a lovely property quite convenient for shopping and walking around town. Staff was consistently above and beyond. Appreciate the room upgrade to the executive suite. My only gripe was that the a/c didn’t do much and at night the hotel was so well heated that we had trouble sleeping. If you aren’t used to American a/c cold room sleeping or bust, you won’t have any trouble. However, the bedding, bed, and overall service still made it a lovely stay.

We stopped at this fantastic hotel for a single night. ALL the staff were superb … charming, generous and could not do enough for us. Top quality service like this is very unusual in my opinion. Not easy to achieve as effortlessly as this stay seemed. Just go and stay….. we shall be back!! Thanks All 👏👏👏

Everything was exceptional

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Alden Suites. The staff was fantastic and always welcoming. The room we stayed in was large with a separate sitting room connected. Breakfast in the morning was excellent as well. The boutique hotel is in a quiet area and about 20 minutes walk to old town Zurich so manageable for sightseeing.

Wonderful staff. Spacious rooms. A/C worked well. Outlets near bed would be welcome. Breakfast pretty decent. Close to lake and Bahnhofstrasse.
