연식이 조금 있는 호텔이지만 아티틀란 호수가 보여서 좋았습니다. 룸 크기도 크게 나와서 불편함 없이 지냈습니다

I booked this room just for the lake view and it was worth it. It is nearby the main restaurants and bars and the loading docks to the ferries were right there.

Excellent place!

Our previous accommodations did not work out and the staff at Porta were able to help us navigate to their location and seamlessly check in, allowing for a stress free night moving forward. The hotel is conveniently to the public boat drop off and walkable to amazing street vendors. The room was spacious and clean with an incredible view.

Close to shops and restaurants. Breakfast was exceptional as well as the staff in the restaurant

We enjoyed our stay! The pool area was great to hang out in and it was a great jumping off point for the other spots on the lake. The room and bathroom was clean and comfortable. The staff isn’t helpful for planning activities so plan to do your own research!

Family resort

The hotel was clean as was the room. The property was just lackluster as was the room. The proximity to Santander Street was helpful as you can easily walk to the shops, restaurant and the dock. I found it silly that the front desk didn’t ask if I wanted a key to the room safe when I checked in. It was only after I went to the room and tried to store items in the safe was I told that I needed to come to the front to check out a key. I appreciated the filtered water dispenser on the floor in the main area. The first day I had to ask the room to be cleaned - I left at 9:30 snd returned to an uncleaned room at 2:30. Overall, the stay was fine, but not very memorable in terms of a pretty hotel.

Very clean food delicious people so humble

The room was great. It was everything we expected from the images when we booked. This is an amazing hotel with many amazing people working there. Always friendly and helpful. The room had an amazing view of the Lake. Out of the main area enough that there’s no noise but close enough to be near everything.

Very clean room and staff super kind

Chambre grande bien équipée avec vue magnifique sur le lac ( nous avions demandé lors de la réservation un étage élevé au 5eme : vœu exaucé!). Hotel moderne situé à 2 pas des lanchas publiques pour gagner les différents villages autour du lac. Très belle piscine agréable ,parking sécurisé , belles parties commune, propreté parfaite. Petit déjeuner buffet parfait. Dîner de qualité

The room was beautiful with a volcano view. Staff goes above & beyond to help you with everything. The hotel is minutes away from the dock to take the lanchas. The food and drinks were amazing. Beautiful pool as well. Overall a 10/10 experience. I highly recommend

The rooms were well maintained. The property in general was kept in good shape. Staff was friendly and attentive.

Hotel com boa localização, porém está bem precário, ainda que, durante a noite, nesse período, a temperatura seja por volta dos 20° o ar condicionado faz muita falta no quarto, durante o dia é inviável ficar no quarto sem ar condicionado e para piorar não tem frigobar no quarto! O café da manhã é razoável, porém cobram separado pelo café expresso, o que considero desnecessário no local pelo valor da diária. Amenidades como sabonete, no banheiro, são de péssima qualidade, difícil de usar.
