일단 사진상 소개된 걸 보고 기대하고 간다면 너무 달라서 대실망일 것. 시설은 굉장히 낙후된 시설임. 호텔 내에 주차가 가능해서 낫지는 하지만 호텔 자체는 완전 별로임. 다만 주차를 그나마 할 수 있다는 것과 배타는 곳이 가까워서 위치적인 면에서 그나마 나음. 추천은 안함. 돈 더 내고 다른 호텔을 가는 것이 나음.

바다가 보이는 방인줄 알았는데 그건 따로 예약을 해야하더라구요 ㅎㅎ 직원들은 모두 친절했고 방은 깨끗했지만 방도 화장실도 매우 좁았습니다 ㅎㅎ

항구와 가까움. 객실에서 바다가 보임. 특히 4층에서 조식먹으며 바라보는 아침 바다는 환상임. 방도 넓고 청결하며 리셉션도 친절함. 해변에 위치해있어 소렌토 역에서 조금 멀었음. 밤 외출시 비수기에는 조금 무서운 생각이 들었음. 조식의 종류도 다양하고 직접 제조해주는 카페라떼가 아주 맛있음.

The hotel location and staff is top notch! They went out of their way to ensure we kept smiles on our faces at all times. The breakfast buffet was incredible….and the coffee!!! Jean-Luc was so warm and kind and the staff tending to breakfast was 5 star. The only downside to our lovely stay was the mattress was not very comfortable. We would definitely stay at Hotel Regina again.

The recently renovated hotel was clean and bright, with wonderful views from the rooftop terrace and (breakfast) restaurant. A minus was a loud room: we could hear some machinery (perhaps washing machine) and clangs behind the wall. This was a disappointment, since I had specifically asked for a QUIET room.

The hotel was gorgeous and it a fantastic location, but the real stand out was the staff. Everyone was so nice and helpful. We really enjoyed our short stay and wished we could have stayed longer. I should also mention that the view was incredible!

Fantastiskt utsikt, rent och snyggt

First of all when I try to book a hotel, I always rely on the reviews and that is the reason why I would like to leave a review for this hotel for the others to be in the know. We had booked the economical room with breakfast included. Their economical rooms are so small and the toilet and shower very tiny, you cant turn around. We ended up paying an extra 50. Euro night!! In addition we were asked to pay 100 Euros deposit which is refundable once you check out days later. Watch out what room you select!! To my experience never come across such small rooms on a 4 star!! Another thing to bare in mind: They served scrambled eggs, but we wanted poached eggs so we ordered two days on the row. To our astonishment when we checked out we were asked to pay for the Eggs we had consumed in the morning! We tried to reason with the receptionist ( unfortunately, I didn't catch his name), by saying that when it says breakfast included it doesn't matter how you will have the Eggs. Apparently they charge you extra if it's not on the buffet. This is the first time I have heard about it. I have stayed in so many hotels four or five stars and never came across such an appalling request. So be aware!!! To be honest, one of the receptionist (the light skin) was not to the standard it should be!! The other one dark olive oil skin was very helpful, didn't catch his name!! The breakfast staff was excellent and attentive , made you welcome. Thank you

The staff was very nice and attentive. This place is a wonderful stay and it’s in a perfect area. Next to the busy town Square but just far enough towards the water and outside of the hectic areas. It was a wonderful place and a wonderful day. We spent four nights here.

Great location and walkable to everywhere in Sorrento. Also great breakfast and view of the Sea. From the balcony you can see Napoli! Also the staff greeted us with Posecco and walked us to our room and explained all the items in our room. Amazing service!
