일단 사진상 소개된 걸 보고 기대하고 간다면 너무 달라서 대실망일 것. 시설은 굉장히 낙후된 시설임. 호텔 내에 주차가 가능해서 낫지는 하지만 호텔 자체는 완전 별로임. 다만 주차를 그나마 할 수 있다는 것과 배타는 곳이 가까워서 위치적인 면에서 그나마 나음. 추천은 안함. 돈 더 내고 다른 호텔을 가는 것이 나음.

바다가 보이는 방인줄 알았는데 그건 따로 예약을 해야하더라구요 ㅎㅎ 직원들은 모두 친절했고 방은 깨끗했지만 방도 화장실도 매우 좁았습니다 ㅎㅎ

항구와 가까움. 객실에서 바다가 보임. 특히 4층에서 조식먹으며 바라보는 아침 바다는 환상임. 방도 넓고 청결하며 리셉션도 친절함. 해변에 위치해있어 소렌토 역에서 조금 멀었음. 밤 외출시 비수기에는 조금 무서운 생각이 들었음. 조식의 종류도 다양하고 직접 제조해주는 카페라떼가 아주 맛있음.

Fantastisk god service og perfekt beliggenhet for å utforske Sorrento i noen dager! De ansatte var hyggelige og hjelpsomme, og vi følte oss svært velkommen. God, italiensk frokost. Dette er et rolig hotell. Vi hadde med oss en ungdom og tror kanskje han var eneste gjesten på hotellet under 18 år. Likevel var også han kjempefornøyd. Vi var utrolig heldige og fikk se droneshow og fyrverkeri i Sorrento fra taket på hotellet. Dette er et flott hotell for voksne og familier med store barn, og kan absolutt anbefales! Renholdet var også utmerket.

Hotel Regina felt like a dream, surrounded by real lemon trees and gorgeous sea views. The staff, especially Carmenino, were welcoming and helpful. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was unforgettable, and the food across the board, from pizzas to spritzes, was delicious. The location made exploring Sorrento super convenient, and the rooftop bar was a perfect way to end the day.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Regina. A special thank you to Giancarlo, the manager, whose professionalism, kindness, and commitment to guest satisfaction made all the difference. His leadership is clearly reflected in the outstanding service provided by the entire team. The hotel’s location is excellent, the views are beautiful, and the staff made us feel truly welcome. We leave Sorrento with great memories and would happily stay at Hotel Regina again. Highly recommended!

Everything was great! Highly recommend, location, safe! Easy to navigate, you can walk anywhere from the port, beach, and city center or the romantic side with restaurants and water front views in 10 minutes.

The front desk staff were so kind and helpful. The dining staff at breakfast was the same and the view outstanding! Drinks on the rooftop were excellent and the view was amazing, certainly not to be missed. The pool was very relaxing and it was nice to have service for food and drinks. The view from the room was also amazing and the location was perfect. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. I would definitely recommend this hotel. It hit the mark in every category! They know how to take care of their guests!

Reception staff were very welcoming and explained everything that we needed to know. Carmen walked us to our room and showed us how to use the air conditioning etc….very helpful. Our bedroom was beautiful and very clean. Comfortable bed. Bathroom had everything you needed. We had a lovely balcony. Great to be able to sit outside. Beautiful pool/garden area. Great location. Unbelievable views. Definitely recommend.

Just loved this place and location out of main tourist streets

We loved this hotel! Please ignore my previous review. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was always really good and a great way to start your day with that view. The rooftop bar is just amazing. We looked forward to that every evening. Our only wish was for more storage, especially in bathrooms. We would all stay here again!
