I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel and the close proximity to everything downtown The price was excellent for the services and amenities I received I have already booked this hotel again for next week

Pictures of the rooms are not accurate, it is very outdated. Could not adjust the temperature on the thermostat so froze most of the night from the ac. Also the bed is not very comfortable.

The breakfast was for sure the most disappointing part. Completely disorganized and were out of a good portion of their few selection of items. Also very dirty when it came to that time, garbage piled up on top of the garbage can and beside it, as well as on some tables. Parking was also not clearly communicated, and is expensive at $15 per night which was told by the staff when checking in (although may have been on my booking details but I couldn’t recall seeing them). The room was clean and everything, it was just frustrating staying one night, and I couldn’t imagine staying for a longer duration.

Having to pay for parking in outside lot. No problem for paying for parking in the enclosed parking lot.

The carpets are old and dirty. The room wasn’t made up while we were gone, the breakfast was stale and tasteless. The parking is too expensive. The water pressure for the shower is too low. The size of the room was nice. It was nice to have a fridge. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is very close the mall and the casino. Walking distance to everything.

When asked for an upgrade due to water issues, this was accomadated

Room was clean and comfy. Good variety of food for breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful. I do find it a bit of an issue to have to pay an extra $15 to park in the outside parking lot. I was not able to get into the underground parking garage as it was already full. I wouldn’t mind paying extra to get in there and I feel that should be the policy.

The carpets were dirty, the shower pressure was poor, security for parking was poor my truck was broken in to and the staff were advised no one called me I had to find out when I went to start my truck

The staff are very friendly the breakfast was was amazing lots of things to choose from and the coffee was very tasty!

Room wasn't cleaned properly upon arrival and once we pulled out the sofa bed the mattress was wet for some reason. Not damp but wet
