객실 좁아도 편리해요. 전망 좋고 시설도 좋아요. 주차도 나쁘지 않아요. 무엇보다 난방 시설이 좋아요.

Great location, well kept, and the help was excellent.

The hotel was in the perfect location - near the bus stop, ferry, shops, and restaurants. The spa staff was incredible! The bar vibe was excellent. The restaurant was delicious - we ate there both nights!

The hotel was in the most perfect spot! The bar on site was great with beautiful decor. The onsite restaurant was not good at all. It was overland the food was very bland. The only negative about the hotel is the shower. The shower is so small and the glass door is difficult to get in and out of. The room had cold ac which was nice.

The room was clean and very comfortable, the location was in the middle of the harbor area which made it very convenient for restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed our breakfast in the restaurant as well.

The stumbling block for this hotel is they have no parking, but there is long term public parking for $7.50 within a 3 minute walk. The hotel is what you would expect for a 4 star hotel, clean room, comfortable bed, good amenities, professional helpful staff and an excellent breakfast.

Loved it!

Our seaview room was lovely. Everything really clean, decor very nice. Bed was comfy, great shower. Breakfast tasty. Only one gripe...we weren't told by either Expedia or the hotel that our booking included access to the Spa, so we didn't take anything suitable to wear for the sauna/steam room, so we were a bit disappointed with that, but everthing else was great, would definitely stay here again.

We only stayed for one night, but really enjoyed our room and the view. It was very spacious and spotless. Great walkability for visiting the town.

Rummen var välstädade och rymliga. Sängarna sköna. Personalen mediokert service mindes. Maten så där. Stänger för tidigt gällande middag.

Room was small but clean and functional. Dinner and breakfast were very nice. Service could have been a bit quicker. Reception staff were friendly, chatty and welcoming. Bar looked nice but unfortunately didn't have a chance to visit. Location in Oban was very good and central.

Very good accommodation in excellent central location. Good service from pleasant staff Let down a little by room heating not able to be controlled from individual room without intervention from reception. Room not made available at agreed time

This is a lovely seaside hotel. Drinks in the bar overlooking harbor . Breakfast buffet more than we can eat. Staff is very nice. Rooms small but comfortable. One of our favorite finds! Would definitely come back!

Friendly staff, good food

Lovely stay in standard double however bathroom was very small. Staff very helpful and great location .

There was only one staff in the bar on a busy Friday night and people were waiting to be served. That poor lad, he needed help.

This hotel is a gem in the heart of Oban. It was the best hotel in Scotland so far. The views are spectacular and the room was spacious, clean, and made me wish we stayed longer.

We stayed one night in Oban in our way from Inverness to Glasgow. A bit of a detour, but worth it. We booked last minute. The hotel has a superb view of the bay. Unfortunately we timed it with a large group of tourists staying there, and this seemed to have overwhelmed the staff a bit. We couldn't park in the hotel, and parked in the street overnight. That was ok. The staff accommodated that we could have breakfast earlier than the booked time. It was ok for one night stop, but maybe not more. Under different circumstances had the hotel not been busy with large group of tourists, I am sure the experience would have been much better.

Excellent Location, just mins walk from the railway station and pier.
