다운타운에 접근하기가 아주 좋은 위치에 있습니다. 가족들이 보내기에 좋은 숙소입니다. 호텔에 위치한 Swans Brewery에서 맥주도 훌륭했습니다

주변관광지가 가까운것 제외하고는 추천하고싶지 않아요. 침대랑 화장실은 깨끗하긴 해요. 딱 들어가자마자 객실에서 냄새가 나요. 바꿔달라고했더니 예약이 꽉찼다고 하더라구요 오래된 건물인게 딱 티가납니다. 아이랑 부모님 모시고 왔는데 바로 옮기고 싶더라구요. 부모님은 엄청 싫어하셨어요.

We stayed at Swans for four nights. The suite was the perfect size and layout for our family of two adults and two children aged 8 and 10. Staff cleaned up our room each day and worked around quite a clutter of bikes and other clothes and gear (we were visiting in part to do a Triathlon nearby). The location was perfect, just a short walk from all the restaurants and activities we were excited to visit. Thanks Swans!

Great location. Spacious room. The lift is still out of action. We were advised by telephone that we could come and check in early, however, when we arrived back at the hotel our room was not ready.

Awesome location and huge loft room. Kitchen was handy for quick meals. The decor is dated but does the trick. Street noise from the pub can be a bit noisy but that's to be expected. Would stay again!

Excellent location although a bit noisy. Nice suite but dated and well used furniture & bed. Otherwise no issues. Elevator not working during my visit.

The room was clean, comfortable and very spacious. Great location and secure building. Was great having a pub downstairs.

We did love our room, such new style room and nice experience, facing inner harbor, nice staff and receptionist. Well equipped and clean kitchen to prepare our breakfast. Just please fix the elevator was a bit hard to commute via stair ways, too narrow! Thanks

The hotel location is super - literally 5 minute walk from the water front. The staff was friendly and attuned to our needs. the room itself was exactly as presented on the web site - it was clean and well appointed, but would benefit from a refresher. Nonetheless, I would not hesitate to go back to the Swans next time we visit Victoria.

Elevator not working...3 dbl flights of stairs w luggage. Internet not working. Bedroom TV remote not working. Cold shower in the morning (zero hot water). For $270 a night, those basics should be provided! Unfortunate, as the room layout, location, staff were good.

We were pleasantly surprised by how large our two bedroom suite was. It was very comfortable. The staff were awesome, so helpful and pleasant. The location is great. We popped down to the pub for dinner and the menu was excellent. The only issue was that the elevator was out 4/5 days during our stay which for us was quite impactful. Would definitely stay here again and recommend.

Don't expect anything fancy, but it is clean and central, with lovely staff. We have stayed at Swann's twice now, and it's been a really good experience each time.

The Swans is a great stay. Location with a pub! I'll be back.

Fabulous hotel , spacious rooms, full kitchen . Amazing location . Beds were comfortable . Pub was great and right down stairs . Cleaning lady was very friendly and let us check out the room with city view , room was not occupied with guests at the time . We will always stay at Swans hotel from now on . The loft room was huge! Full kitchen, living room, dining table and a juliette balcony right in downtown!

Great spot to stay in. Heart of a lot of shops and eateries. Staff were great and very friendly. View from the balcony was also gorgeous!

We were 3 friends wanting our own space, so the 2 bedrooms upstairs, sofa bed downstairs worked great for us. The kitchen with full size fridge was great as well. We changed rooms, because ours was advertised with balcony and it did not have one. New room had access to the patio, which a couple of planters would have made more inviting. We went to the Pub until check in at 4p. OMG, if you like Mai Tais please try the Monkeypod Mai Tai. It was the best drink I've ever had. I can still taste it. The hummus and pitas hit the spot. We drove, so the parking at Centennial Square worked great. We didn't know there was a Hotel loading zone just a short distance from the Hotel front door and we lugged all of our stuff the couple of blocks. We knew better when we checked out. We went to Butchart Gardens and Malahat Tower. It was very convenient, as we drove and were at the right end of town to quickly head out. Il Terrazzo is about a block away, where we had dinner (I had been there 25-30 years ago), still good.
