다운타운에 접근하기가 아주 좋은 위치에 있습니다. 가족들이 보내기에 좋은 숙소입니다. 호텔에 위치한 Swans Brewery에서 맥주도 훌륭했습니다

주변관광지가 가까운것 제외하고는 추천하고싶지 않아요. 침대랑 화장실은 깨끗하긴 해요. 딱 들어가자마자 객실에서 냄새가 나요. 바꿔달라고했더니 예약이 꽉찼다고 하더라구요 오래된 건물인게 딱 티가납니다. 아이랑 부모님 모시고 왔는데 바로 옮기고 싶더라구요. 부모님은 엄청 싫어하셨어요.

Nice little spot with larger than normal rooms. Good place to stay on the edge of Chunatown

When we checked in there was no pillowcases and blankets in our room. We had to call the front desk to have them finished preparing the room. There was no water to the toilets so we had to get water from the sink using a Gatorade bottle and fill the tank to flush the toilet. The room next to us had a party almost all night and we called the staff a few times to complain about the noise and they came up once but said they didn’t hear anything. We asked to switch rooms the next morning and they said they only had a larger room and we couldn’t use the whole room. The people who had the party the night before were staying there that night as well and pretty much said they would be as loud as the night before so we insisted that we move to the bigger room. The hallway reeked of cigarette smoke. This room’s toilet also didn’t have water and there was a window which was stuck open. So we had no heat and the room got very cold. I finally had to locate the breaker box for the heat and turn it back on so we wouldn’t freeze. The room did not have coffee filters so we had to use paper towels so we could make coffee. As a result of the lack of heat I am sick. We won’t be back.

Here is my review for Swans Hotel — this absolutely deserves a five-star review! We had such a beautiful stay at Swans Hotel. From the moment we arrived, everybody was so kind and welcoming. The front desk staff were amazing — friendly, professional, and always happy to help with anything we needed. Our suite was spotless thanks to the incredible housekeeping team. The housekeeper was absolutely amazing, and everything was kept so clean and fresh. You can really tell they take pride in their work. It truly was a beautiful stay from start to finish. We felt so well taken care of and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

The room was great, spacious and nice and clean. We had a great view too. The Pub was also very good with great service.

Cgambre négligée. Tres bruyant. Trop éclairé car les volets ne fernaient pas bien. Une nuit horrible à entendre les voisin faire du bruit et parler et ecouter dr la.kusique toute la.nuit.

You know you are above a pub, so there is the usual music and conversation noises. Pub closes at 1:00 and is not a “club” so not insane thumping and loud screaming or anything. So, knowing that, I LOVED the large room and the kitchenette. Very clean, cool abstract art pieces, clean crisp sheets, with lots of pillows and comfortable bed. Sweet couch, airy 16 foot (?) ceiling. Excellent location and staff super clear and helpful, esp with parking. Fabulous stay!

Room was spotless ,really spacious.

Room on hotels.com said it had either patio or balcony. We had neither. Also the bedrooms had no windows except skylight.

Paid for extra night on Expedia so we didn’t have to leave in morning. They would not let us keep same room even though it was going to be unoccupied the next day. Wanted to pay extra to keep our same room but it was going to cost $500 even though a room was half that price. Staff could not figure anything out and were useless.
