객실이나 써비스는 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 그렇지만 바르셀로나 중심가에서 너무 멀리 떨어져 있는데다 메트로가 아닌 국철(렌페)을 이용하는데 큰 불편이 있었습니다. 밤늦게까지 자유롭게 바르셀로나를 즐기려면 너무 멀어서 추천하고 싶지 않습니다.

Nice breakfast. Spacious rooms. Location in Barcelona suburb but transport doable with the nearest train station closed currently.

En general, el servicio fue bueno, pero considero que no alcanza el nivel esperado para un hotel de 4 estrellas. Durante nuestra estancia, hubo varios aspectos que afectaron la experiencia. La piscina nunca estuvo disponible, lo cual fue decepcionante, ya que es una de las amenidades principales. Tampoco se nos brindó acceso al gimnasio en ningún momento. Además, las tarjetas para abrir las puertas fallaban constantemente, lo que resultaba incómodo. Por otro lado, habíamos solicitado una habitación para luna de miel con bañera, pero se nos asignó una habitación doble estándar con regadera, sin las amenidades esperadas para una ocasión especial ni para dos personas. Finalmente, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba correctamente, lo que hizo la estancia menos confortable. Además, el costo de la estancia fue elevado para seis noches, por lo que resulta aún más decepcionante haber tenido tantas deficiencias en el servicio y las instalaciones. Creo que hay áreas importantes de mejora para que el hotel pueda cumplir con la categoría que ofrece.

l'hotel est très bien, tres propre, mais les environs font un peu peur. nous y sommes allés 1 nuit pour paques et autour tout était fermé.

A great hotel next to a shopping centre. The local transportation is extremely confusing!

Breakfast was good. Greatly appreciated fresh orange juice! Staff at front desk were wonderful and always tried to accommodate my requests.

Don’t stay here! If you care about your rest just put 40-50 more Euros and book a better place. Stayed here 2 nights didn’t had any sleep at all. Walls are like made out of paper. You hear everything, last night me & my wife were hearing people having s*x upstairs. All the conversations on the corridor , people closing their doors. As I said if you want to sleep find a better place. I woke up at 8 am both days due to the noise on corridors. Next up the cleanliness of the room. My wife found black long hair inside of the shower walls + next to the sink. Toilet bowl runs dirty even you don’t flush, stinks. Bedding was dirty, there are broken marks on the walls & furniture. So The list keeps going.

Very clean rooms with a kind staff. Please be aware this hotel is not near the city center. They do offer a free shuttle that takes you closer to the city center, which is also nice.
