객실이나 써비스는 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 그렇지만 바르셀로나 중심가에서 너무 멀리 떨어져 있는데다 메트로가 아닌 국철(렌페)을 이용하는데 큰 불편이 있었습니다. 밤늦게까지 자유롭게 바르셀로나를 즐기려면 너무 멀어서 추천하고 싶지 않습니다.

Impeccable

The staff were great. The hotel is out of the way and could use updating but other than that the rooms were clean, the beds and linens were excellent and getting to the city center and airport by bus and metro was easy, affordable and convenient. I will be returning in the near future.

Hotel com quarto e conforto. Banheiro bom. Localização muito longe de Barcelona e de difícil acesso, tendo em vista que o metro está em reforma. Na nossa última diária tivemos um grande problema, que nos fez realizar o checkout de madrugada. O hotel FEDIA cigarro. O fedor insuportável vinha pelo ar/aquecedor do quarto. Estava 9º e tivemos que abrir as janelas para não passar mal. E ao solicitar auxílio a equipe sequer foi checar, dizendo que não podiam fazer nada, mas que já tinham localizado. Sou alérgica, meu filho também. Inclusive tivemos crise de rinite e realizamos o checkout às 3 da manhã. SEM QUALQUER AUXÍLIO, tendo nos oferecido um café de cortesia pela ocorrência.

Super hôtel, chambre très spacieuse mais un peu vétuste à notre goût. Hôtel calme en novembre. Petit déjeuner vraiment excellent, le point fort de cet hôtel.

El hotel no es el más bonito ni la ubicación es buena, pero tiene buen parking y el personal es muy simpático.

The staff were very friendly, the room was very big and breakfast was nice, however it is rather dated now, the village foesnt have much to offer at all, checkin is 4pm which is alot later than most hotels at 2pm, we arrived midday so had to kill alot of time before we could get into the room and the hotel doesnt offer lunch so it wasnt a pleasant wait. The hotel is in a one way system and there are signs on the road saying it is striaght on when you need to turn right. The car park is if you are facing the fron of the hotel go right down that road and its your 1st left I think after you pass a square with shops. Down there on the left is a car park enter and drive all the way to the bottom. Just some useful advise as we were driving around for 10-15 mins trying to figure it out and eventually had to go into the hotel to ask where the car park was

Staff very helpful and pleasant. Room was bland but clean could've had more pillows but were provided when requested. No tea / coffee making facilities which for a 4 star I thought would be standard. The ladder into the pool was broken and wobbled when in use not safe really. Breakfast nice selection but eggs were cold on most days. The local metro station was closed for remodelling which was not known at time of booking shuttle bus provided for free to the next main Red Line Metro.
