전체 평가 및 리뷰 Villa di Sorrento

저녁 9시에 체크인했는데 레이트체크인비용 30유로 요구해서 기분이 별로였는데 주방시설이 잘 갖추어져 있어서 이용하기 편했습니다 하지만 3박이나 하는데 방청소도없고 심지어 타올비용을 지불해야만 갈아주는건 너무 심했다 싶지만 워낙 호텔영업자체를 하지않고 별관만 오픈한상태라 그러려니했네요

호텔에 도착하니 호텔입구가 잠겨있음. 바우처에 표기 된 대로 2시30분까지 기다려 보아도 여전히 닫혀있음. 오랫동안 영업 안한듯. 입구에 화분도 깨져있고 집기들도 어수선함. 전화도 안 받음. 너무 황당함. 문을 두드리니 여자분이 나와서 영업 안한다고함. 우리는 이미 예약했다고 해도 자기는 모른다고 함. 다른 지역 호텔을 알아보기 위해 1시간 거리 폼페이로 이동함. 그때서 전화가 걸려 옴. 자기가 잠시 자리를 비웠다고 다시 와서 전화하면 5분내로 도착하겠다고 함. 영업 안하는 호텔에 어찌 숙박하라고 오라는것인지 이해가 안됐지만1시간 운전하여 다시 도착하여 전화함. 5분내 도착이 아닌 15분이 돼서 도착함. 시간개념이 전혀 없음. 이 호텔은 영업을 안 한다며 다른 곳을 안내해주겠다고함. 숙소 검색시 필터링했던 주차, 조식 모두 안됨. 유로주차 60 유로 지불. 호텔 사진과 조건을 비교하여 예약 하였으나 결국은 에어비앤비에서 숙박함. 정말 황당한 소렌토 숙박 후기임. 왜 이런식으로 호텔예약사이트를 운영하는것인지 이해가 안됨. 월요일 정식으로 항의 및 변상요청 예정임. 어떻게 대응하는지 확인후 공론화하겠음

사진에서 보이는것만큼 화사했던 호텔은 아니지만, 시설은 깔끔했고, 위치가 정말 좋아요. 메인광장에 위치해서 중간중간 숙소에 들러 짐을두거나 쉬기도 했고요, 광장도 크지않기때문에 쉽게 찾을수 있습니다. 방이생각보다작았고 창문으로 보이는뷰가 전혀 없었다는게 조금 아쉽네요

역에서 10분이내로 가깝고, 주변에 식당이나 상점이 많아서 편리함. 조식도 식당은 작지만 있을건 다 있었음. 또 방문해도 괜찮을 위치와 숙소ㅎ

위치가 정말 최고입니다! 버스, 기차 타는곳이랑 정말 가깝고 광장 바로옆이고 밤되면 타운자체가 시끄러워지는데 딱 이호텔부터 조용한편이에요. 방에 먼지가 좀있었지만 그것말고는 정말 좋았네요. 호텔에서 제공해주는 투어들도 괜찮았습니다

실제 여기서 묵지 못햇어요....기존 투숙객에 문제가 있다며 핑계를 대면서 다른 호텔로 변경해서 시내 중심에서 멀어졌습니다... 예약한 호텔과 다르니깐 조심하세요... 여기 이상합니다!

원래는 테라스가 있는 룸이었는데 가보니 맨 위층의 넓은 룸으로 배정되었더라고요 뷰가 그닥이었지만…. 그래도 넓고 이쁜 방을 보니 기분이 좋았습니다 ^^ 생각보다 위치가 정말 좋았고요~~ 오래된 호텔이라 걱정했는데 생각보다 깨끗하고 노후되지 않아보였어요

Hotel localizado muito próximo do centro e do porto. Estacionamento pago (busca e leva o carro no hotel 25euros/dia). Bom cafe da manha. Quarto amplo e confortável. Atendimento excelente.

The hotel was in a great location, walkable to alot. The communication was poor. When asked about parking, they informed me an offsite parking was available and they had an agreement for 25/day, they didnt inform me which one. Thwy were more concerned about trying to book Excursions with them. They emailed all the time about excursions, talked about them at check in. And in the room. They put signs up everywhere about no food allowed to be brought in room, but dont inform u of that either. Which is funny since they offer snacks in their mini bar.

Fantastic place to stay. The location is brilliant - close to train station and the main street but still quiet. Rooms and beds are super comfortable but the buffet breakfast is beyond words! A huge selection and the freshly baked cakes and croissants everyday were sublime. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Excellent location, beautiful hotel close to everything

Very well situated family run hotel in the centre of Sorrento. Stayed out of season so very quiet, lots of restaurants close by and easy access to the train station. Nice balconies to the front of the hotel overlooking the street area. A great base for exploring Sorrento and the Amalfi coast, use the local bus!

Nice hotel, rooms were clean. Area provided good dining options and public parking garage only a few feet away.

Recptionist (I think she is the owner) is very friendly & helpful, I arrived early & got the room. Breakfast cafe is nice too. Room is spacious even I booked a single room. Excellent location, 5-10 mins walk to train station and just next to the town center entrance.
