Quarto confortável e grande. A banheira estava com um problema de pingar sem parar causando incômodo e sem o tampão, caso quisesse usa-lá. O ambiente externo causa insegurança e medo. Pessoas fumando maconhas com muita frequência. Parecia que havia pessoas morando e não hospedadas, pessoas estranhas e mau encaradas. Não aconselho pra famílias pra não gerar medo. Os corredores eram sujos, abandonados mesmo. Porém o quarto era bem agradável, dormi bem todas as noites mas todas as vezes que precisava sair eu tinha uma insegurança. Haviam sim moradores que ficavam com cadeiras nas portas dos quartos, fumando cigarro e maconhas. Café da manhã não existe. Colocam uma garrafa de água e café na recepção com um bolinho que se acabar, acabou, não havia reposição mesmo que ainda fosse 8h da manhã, como era o meu caso dos horários que ia. Só fui 2 dias e até desisti de ir no restante.

Never have clean towels. Place smells like heavy gasoline. Tub drain slowly. Have to wait until water go down to take a shower. Only one washing machine that works. Dryers $4 and don’t dry clothes.

I reserved a room here for three nights and after walking into this hotel room the floor(carpet) was filthy, the bathroom floor was peeling up in several areas and it was dirty, the shower was stained in different places and was also dirty. It had a small kitchen area with a stove and refrigerator which was also filthy. The air conditioner was very loud, and the first night I stayed there 4 different times people kept knocking on my door waking me up. It is not a safe place to stay with a lot of homeless people or drug heads all around this property. After one night of staying here I went to the front desk to let them know I was checking out and I was not going to stay another night. I also advised them I would only be paying for one night and not the three that I had made the reservation for and the girl at the front desk told me that I would only be charged for the night I stayed. This was a complete lie, and I was charged for all three nights. I would advise anyone who is thinking about staying at this hotel to run away and find another hotel. It is a horrible place to stay and should not even be allowed to participate with Expedia.

Checked in went to the room. Bed sheets were stained. Room smelled of smoke. Went back to the check in counter. Turned back in the room keys and left

Worst hotel customer service ever

The front desk staff was accommodating and friendly. There were a lot of people hanging out in the parking lot and the rooms and furnishings are old. The room also had an unpleasant smell. It served the purpose of allowing me to get a couple hours of sleep.

Staff is knowledgeable and very helpful

Assistant Mngr Cera is great also General Mngr Ms. T and staff make my stay here is comfy and they handle all issues fairly

Well the place is pretty outdated as far as the kitchen and bathroom. The staff however is top notch. And I have to give a special mention to Cera. She was so amazing and accommodating. She will be the reason I return and give this place all these stars. Thank you Cera!

Extremely unclean.

Trash outside was so full, there were flies everywhere and it smelled putrid! The room was not up to standard. There were roaches, we killed about 15 roaches in the two nights we stayed. The 2nd night a roach was crawling on my arm. We checked out hours before check out time because we just wanted to get out of there. There was pubic hair in almost all the towels that were supposedly clean. The frame of the mirror in the bathroom was broken leaving raw glass exposed which was scary due to having a small child with me. Lastly, the microwave was dirty and had lots of rust.

The room has a lot of space.
