Su sıcak akmıyordu, musluk dengesiz. Harici herşey normal Havalimanına yakın olması çok iyi

Not what I am used to from other NH Hotels. Looks adjacent to the airport, but 15 minute walk. Rooms smells bad

We landed late into Bergamo area so chose this hotel for location. It was only a ten minute walk from the airport then 15 minute taxi to Bergamo station the next morning. We were only there a short period of time but the staff were excellent and the room was very nice and comfortable.

Great place really close to the airport

Oli hieman hankala löytää lentokentältä reitti alikulkutunneliin väsyneenä ja vesisateessa. Kuitenkin orio centterin parkkikatokseen suojaan pääsy ja selkeät kyltit siellä oli todella iso plussa.

Very good AirPort Hotel

My husband and I arrived from Milano and checked in at the property at 10:30 pm. Upon arriving in room 242 with the thermostat not functioning and set at 25 Celsius we called the front desk. They informed us that the system would be reset. What followed was a series of follies filled with frustration, awful customer service, and pathetic excuses by the staff. After over an hour we were begrudgingly transferred to a new room 104. The thermostat was functional, but the room lacked towels, sheets, water, tea kettle... It was well after 1a.m. and my husband and I could not believe how disappointed we had been with our choice to experience the hotel. On a couple of occasions we called down to the front desk and there was no follow up. At no time did your staff apologize for the inconveniences that we experienced and their lack of effort in resolving the matter. I am afraid to think that this is normal or typical at this property.

The room was clean, there was a very strange smell in the room. No water offered for free in the room norm coffee making facilities.

Tæt på lufthavn og center, men rolig med god restaurant

Rigtig godt, flinkt personale. Morgenmaden var dog lidt kedelig. Men det er også det eneste.
